3 times a week?

I think your right, there is alot of sets there, im still gonna try to work my chest 3 times a week but with less sets and ill keep it to a minimum (not every week).
 
If I were you, I would look into Corn's routines. Seriously.

B FOLD is right that in such volume / frequency overtraining lurks around the corner, especially on long term.

However, on the short and medium term, you this routine allows you to RUSH for results, Overtraining will become a bigger issue as your chest grows really strong, in which case you have to lowqer volume to keep pushing these kind of poundages.


Your best deal is probably following my shock routine for two months and then switch to Cornholios routine...
