Sleep: Has been getting better and better, last night I slept from 12:30 until 8:30 and I didn't wake up once :elephant: only reason I woke up at 8:30 is cause the boyfriend set the alarm for that time and I have no idea why :redhot: I went back to sleep until 11:30. I think now my body wants to make up for all the lost sleep. :lmao:

2:00 Trained Chest and triceps
4 sets of 12 incline barbell press (2 sets @ 45lbs, 2 sets @ 55lbs)
3 sets of 10 bench press (55lbs)
A1) 3 sets of 12 close grip press (45lbs)
A2) 3 sets of 10 decline EZ bar scull crushers (25lbs)
3 sets of 10 cable pressdowns (2 sets @ 60lbs, 1 set @ 45lbs)

3:00
green apple
shake

30 minute walk home

12 grain bagel

glad I could help :) I just couldn't take it any longer, I've been craving cookies, brownies and ice cream for like a week, and I fell down and gave in and really I don't care! Now I know why I ate some much of the 2nd thing on the list, it was because of you!!!! :heart:
