So I got a little lazy with my last log, I guess because I eat the same things day after day, it gets annoying to update the log everyday, so this time I will update it less frequently (probably weekly).
I will also be more detailed with this log (measurements, weight, bodyfat, and pics).
So as the title says getting ready for 2006, I have planned to do 5 maybe 6 shows this season (this may change if I feel my body needs a break), shows will be much closer together which will be easier to stay focused.
So with that being said, my first show of the season will be the end of March, beginning of April (the exact date hasn't been posted yet)
Current stats are:
height: 5ft
weight: 120lbs
bodyfat: will be checked on Thursday
Measurements: will be checked tonight
Pics: in a few days

first I lean out, then I gain weight, now I'm leaning out again.



... I get so pissed off at myself but I know it will come back quicker this time and that my strength will increase full speed.. luckily I gained lots of endurance in cardio.. Which I still hate doing..lol..
