Hey everyone! I just went back to doing russian deadlifts off the floor again today. (a deadlift with the bar behind the legs) I got 585lbs for one rep. 565 was my best before that. The rack pulls really helped, that and the additional ab work Ive been doing. It felt real nice to hit 6 plates a side. I tried 600lbs but was so beat up after a total of 6 hours in the gym. Next time I try them Im sure Ill get it. ThanX for the encouragement everyone. Will be trying 370 raw on the bench on thursday most likely. Hope to get it this time!!
