Hope everyone is doing well, this is an update for my pervious Leg day as well as an update for Monday February 19 2024 as Monday starts a brand new injection week for me. This will be the start of week 2 for my Para Pharma cycle.

350 Test E ( a week)
400 Primo ( a week)
300 EQ ( a week)

M/W/F injection frequency

I am happy reporting the method warming up the compounds in the barrel and mixing that was suggested by @PrinceDaddy worked excellent. I got zero pip in the right delt last Friday with my injection.

This time around since i like trying different methods so i can report back my findings, i heated up some water in a sauce pan putting a needle into each vial, thankfully i got the luer lock style of syringe so i can unscrew the needle from the barrel, otherwise i wouldn't be able to try this method out.

injection went into the left side delt today so far so good zero pain or pip during injection after heating and throughly mixing the compounds in the barrel, will report back in a few days if anything changes.

Before I start here are photos top photo is what both my biceps normally look like, bottom photo is what happened after left side delt injection, an how it looks now and healed after 7 days of antibiotics.

I have explained everything in grewt detail, sorry for the super long post, had alot i was dealing with.

my mind is mentally fucked up right now and i got to regroup and foucs, im so upset at myself and hate myself alot lately for making this stupid fucking blunder, can only blame myself, i ak sorry for letting the sponsor down and all of you down.

Call me soft call me a pussy call me whatever I don't care, this is me being 100% transparent and opening myself up for all of you and giving you ebeey aspect of myself and personality and how I truly am feeling and thinking right now. I feel it'd important inlet it all fly, very therapeutic in a way for me.

i am a super passionate person so this sucks and hurts me alot, i am not afraid to admit that at all.

I hold myself to an extremely high standard and I've failed badly, only thing to do now is dust myself off get my mind right and come back with vengeance.

Hello everyone I hope all is well for all of you today.

Some of you might be wondering why I fell off and stopped updating everything abruptly.

I had a major setback that required me going into urgent care and getting on antibiotics for my setback. Good news is the antibiotics worked excellent. Bad news I got sick half way through the antibiotics, like full on sick I have been miserable these last 3 weeks.

I want to put a disclaimer up before I go any further, this is in no way or shape para pharmas fault I love para pharma I will continue to always use para pharma gear it is my goto brand always!

also this is in no way or shape ugfreak.to fault he has been nothing short of supportive of me and helping me nd being very kind and generous with his time and his products to help me. I will never forget that and i will always support him and his brand and his gear is 100% A+++.

Come fucking hell or high water I will find a way to make this fucking cycle a success I don't care how little I have ti run or how I need to design the cycle, I won't fail a second time!

I'm more pissed off I failed myself and my sponsor along with the community then I am about the God damn situation I put my body into by myself with my own doing.

Loyalty is a huge thing for me and UGF was the first person to take a chance on me and sponsor me not once nut twice now back 2 back, so I am fucking irate I let UGF and Quadsweep down.

I feel like a pos at the moment because of that and my failing as a man right now I absolutely hate letting oth3re down especially the ones who support and believe in me.

i want to let it be known this is 100% my fault and i take 100% of the blame and the accountability for what has happened to me.

I am still learning everyday and i will make mistakes along the way. This time I made a huge mistake and took on more than i was ready for or could handle. The good thing is I can teach others from my mistake and first hand experience and prevent this happening to someone else so that is a win in my book with lessons learned.

I went high concentrations on all compounds thinking less oil less pip less injections, it is completely the other way around lower concentration less pip and truth be told I'd rather injection mote pip at lower mg amounts then higher concentrations because the BA in the compounds are much more than I am used to or can handle right now.

This is me coming to all of you as a man and admitting my mistakes my fuck up and me taking 100% of the blame because this is on me not UGF or Para Pharma

Infact once i get better and heal up I will still he utilizing my para pharma gear and finding a way to do UGF justice and provide the type of log I am capable of and improving myself.

I apologize to UGF and the community for the lack of updates because I put myself in this stupid position putting to much oil into the delt, I've tried every method of hearing the gear just to point that out.

i will post photos of what my biceps normally look like and what my left bicep looked like after the left side delt injection.

still strange i did a right side delt injection same week and had zero issues so i can't explain what i did wrong here.

I've done IM injections in my side delts plenty of times never once had an issue or problem arise from utilizing my delts.

This time was different, I was pumping gas after work one night and started uncontrollably shaking and getting the chills hot flashes skin felt like it was oh fire ( first time I've experienced test flu which is what that was, after a few days I was fine)

Fast forward a few days after that test flu incident I noticed my right bicep was hot like a furnace, I could just feel the radiant heat coming off that part of my body, I thought nothing of it. Then few days after that started my entire Tricep and bicep was beat red like a sun burn ontop of swelling the likes I had never seen before.

I iced it daily I used a heating pad among ibuprofen nothing was working it was only getting worse. I am on day 7 the final day with one dose left for the antibiotics.

All swelling pain, heat and redness is now gone and my bicep has returned to its normal shape, I was really worried because biceps are my best feature, and I was thinking worse case in my head about not being able to compete because my bicep is now fucked up.

The culprit here is the test e at 400mg/ml my body just rejects it and doesn't like it at all, so I'm ditching it and redoing the cycle completely.

I have tbol on hand so I might run 40mg of that for 6 weeks along side 150mg a week of test and 100mg of primo just for now.

I must do mote testing and rule everything out before we go back into 400mg of primo and higher doses. So we start low and slow and work out way up and see if we can save the cycle.

Luckily I found a 10ml vial of test cyp that is 150mg/ml So for now we run that, goal is by the 3-4 week mark if body is handling everything we go back into 400mg a week of primo.

Also I'm going to be switching from 25g inch syringe and start using 23g 1.5in needle and go as deep as I can into the muscle and see if it makes a difference better or worse for my situation.

Going to attempt my first ever rear glute injections once im not sick anymore z I've never done glute injections before only ventro glutes by the hip, so I am bit worried and nervous because I have no idea how to do rear glute injections.

Right now im very tired, weak body aches joint pains tired coughing congested etc the whole gammit of things for being sick I got it atmz which was probably the antibiotics that did it, I've been taking probiotics and drinking lemon ginger tea few times a day with locally sourced natural honey for a sweetener.

i think your first cycle was a bit too good and now with some setbacks you are being too hard on yourself
I agree with that Steve, I need to learn balance along the way, this is a good teaching opportunity and experience to learn from and grow from.

I want to open by saying how stand up @ugfreak really is! I explained my issues and what was happening in dms with UGF, not only did he offer solutions to try and help me as best he could taking time out of his day for me.

He also offered a full replacement of my testosterone free of charge no questions asked at all! That is one hell of stand up person going above and beyond for me to ensure I have a successful cycle!

I have test e 250 on the way from UGF

After what felt like forever being away from my log I am back in the mix and ready to get back at it. I am finally feeling better and everything that was going on has cleared up completely.

I stopped everything completely for weeks, so I feel like crap which is to be expected, we got past it and now it's time to get back on the wagon and get to work, I apologize if my lifts are down and my cardio isn't on par as I get uses to training again, we will be back full tilt in no time!

So I have completely changed around the cycle layout only for the first few weeks so I can get comfortable again with injections, an start slower see how my body reacts.

Here is the lay out

300mg test weeks 1-16
20mg tbol week 1(weeks 2-5 40mg tbol )
Primo weeks 1-3 200mg (weeks 4-16 400mg)
EQ weeks 3-16 300mg

decided we would do this a bit differently the second time around after learning a valuable lesson the first time around.

We are fully going back to basics for these 15 weeks keeping it simple.

Veggies every meal sweet potatoe with two meals everyday and lean ground turkey and lean ground beef for my main protein sources for every meal, I don't care to switch it up, I care about results and getting as lean and as cut as possible for this cycle, hassle free is my goal and going back to what has worked in the past.

Shooting for 2000-2100 calories a day
200g protein, 100-160g carbs, 50-60g of fat lower or higher depending on how it works out.

Sorry for the long delay in updates, I will be back in the gym this week Wednesday through Sunday.

I also picked up some GW and SR for a boost in endurance and cardio to give me a bit of an edge on my road back into the gym and my cycle to get me right on track while I wait for the other compounds of my cycle to kick in. This should help kick my endurance up a notch when first starting back into the swing of things.

First a quick announcement from order placed international to reaching my po box which it arrives tomorrow, 9 days damn near on par with domestic shipping, UGF did it again some how lighting fast getting me the replacement test e 250, the guy just makes working with him so easy! So I give my best in return and find a way 💪 incredibly valuable source for myself and our members, my posts clearly show that and why you should consider trying UGF!

Yesterday was my first official day back into the gym and it wasn't my best day, by no means was it bad at all, I definitely felt weaker, was still able to push within a safe manner. I kept it simple.

Jumped on the scale for a baseline right now im 217.8 so Gained 3.8lbs since being away from the gym, no terrible.

Overall a little sore today but nothing I can't handle. Today was also my second injection since being back on cycle.

Today was 100mg test 100mg primo 20mg tbol 15mg gw 15mg sr.

Total amounts for the week so far
300mg test
200mg primo
tbol is 20mg a day
sr&gw 15mg each a day

I can definitely say para pharma hits like a train, two injections back into the mix and my aggression went through the roof today and lasted for a good 3 hours before subsiding.

Injection was into the rear left glute today as earlier this week I did the right rear glute.

I also was able to do 50 minutes of cardio uphill last night, couple key points, I walked at 3.8 speed for 50 minutes which wasn't possible before. I cut 10 minutes off my 3 mile walking time, and lastly I wasn't even tired I could have kept going, I suspect early on the addition of gw and sr are paying off some already. I hate cardio but those compounds weirdly make me want to go all out.

Diet is simple coming back had to alternate it a bit since Aldi only had 85/15 for the lean turkey so fat will be a bit higher this week.

yesterday 2100 calories, 154g protein, 100g carbs, 100g fat, every meal was 224g turkey, 84g green beans, two meals contained 224g of sweet potatoes. Had 4 meals in total.

Starting out today few things of note. The first is my strength is still at a good starting point for being away and sick for a few weeks. The second is utilizing tbol even at 20mg a day has made a big impact for me getting back into the gym.

I have finally adjusted with tbol and that feeling of wanting to constantly snap off is fully gone, which I'm happy about. I now only feel that towards the weights in the gym when I get my mind focused on my workout.

I suspect weight is up a small % due to me being back on cycle, nothing major I went from 217.4 and now I'm at 218.8 Overall I felt great for the first time in a long time, pump, strength and total workout went great today.

Only changes I've made so far is deploying a small amount of aromasin at 3mg eod, I was experiencing some nipple itchiness in a small amount, that has since gone away after utilizing my AI.

I am still at that adjustment period trying to get fully back into things at the gym, so my workouts will be very basic and alot less volume for now, in a few weeks time I should be back at full speed.

Also the 250mg Para Pharma Test E smooth as silk, monday was first injection of the week for me, I used the right rear glute. Did 150mg test e & 100mg primo, absolutely zero pip or anything negative.

That site has been awesome, which I have GearHead to thank for that and hid constant spot on advice!

I feel after learning from my mistakes this time around we got this damn thing on the right track, life is all about trial & error mixed with gaining experience along the way, i am doing great, full steam ahead in the next few weeks time, overall I can say I feel upbeat and happier again, ready to go all out and see what we come out looking like in 16 weeks time.

Typically I like the ventro glute the most, rear glutes takes some adjusting with pinning them, I got to say it's super smooth and hardly any pip at all utilizing them.

weight before jumping back on cycle was 217lbs.

Current weight now 220lbs up 3lbs since getting back into training.

I wanted to start out today with some great news, I successfully completed day one back on my original cycle program, which is one of frank zanes programs.

Low dose and glute shots was the correct approach it has been working and I'm getting strong again, I do have to give Tbol all the credit because I'm only 2 weeks back into shots so 4 in total, definitely not the long ester injectables, not even close to peaking yet.

amazing what just 20mg of tbol is doing for me, dht compounds just make me strong for some reason and i respond so well with them.

This week we adjust the injectables, primo instead of 200mg a week will be at 300mg a week moving forward for the next few weeks, if that goes well we eventually bump up into 400mg, which that will be my max primo dose for the entire cycle.

Crazy thing is i haven't even introduced the EQ back in the cycle yet 👀 this could get pretty interesting 6-12 weeks from now, if my plan continues going the way it is now.

It has been a wild ride for me coming from where I was a month ago and where I am at presently, night and day difference in mood, drive and attitude, head fully screwed on and back in the game.

I am back with vengeance day one everyday we find a way for improving in all aspects.

I absolutely crushed it today in the gym, I felt a sense of accomplishment and happiness, it carried all day into the night, I haven't felt this good in a long time.

Last night I watched a bunch of robbie robison " aka the black prince" training footage and I picked it apart and analyzed it.

Watching the way he perfectly executes the low cable row blew my mind, so I decided to try his technique and utilizing it I was able to max the weight out at 260lbs.

I couldn't believe how just watching the way he pulled with his back and watching what muscles contracted improved my technique, and gave me a killer pump in the process.

Only downside was I ripped a calcus almost completely off, which made me mad lol, so I went for another set with my rows and kept going no pain no gain as they say.

Moving forward lay out is this for the next few weeks.

I absolutely crushed it today in the gym, I felt a sense of accomplishment and happiness, it carried all day into the night, I haven't felt this good in a long time.

Last night I watched a bunch of robbie robison " aka the black prince" training footage and I picked it apart and analyzed it.

Watching the way he perfectly executes the low cable row blew my mind, so I decided to try his technique and utilizing it I was able to max the weight out at 260lbs.

I couldn't believe how just watching the way he pulled with his back and watching what muscles contracted improved my technique, and gave me a killer pump in the process.

Only downside was I ripped a calcus almost completely off, which made me mad lol, so I went for another set with my rows and kept going no pain no gain as they say.

Moving forward lay out is this for the next few weeks.

Definitely try to include it each week, I remember you commenting on me needing to bring the forearms up, I haven't forgotten that comment, so I'm doing what I can to build them up.
 
Today's update is for Thursday April 5 2024.

I found myself analyzing more robbie robison vintage training footage the other night. Thursday was mainly a chest day with delt and tricep work.

Watching his arm placement and the angle at which he held the dumbells really helped me during training. I felt very strong the entire workout.

I had a thought after my training, am I finally out growing planet fitness and is it time to close that chapter and open a new one at a better gym. I am maxing everything out at my current gym.

Looking back from one year ago into my current position, I have become much stronger than I had anticipated.

Dumbells only go up into 75lbs and I pressed those for 15 reps, 1 year ago I could barely get 5 reps at that weight and it felt easy!

Everything was clicking on my push day and i just couldn't be stopped, im getting that feeling I had during my first cycle again with constantly achieving new heights with weights and reps.

I felt had they had 80,85 or possibly 90lb dumbells I could have put up a few reps no question in my mind.

Yesterday was my final injection for the week bringing the total mg of injectables at 600mg with the test and primo combined.

Putting the oral tbol into the mix at 20mg a day my total cycle mgs a week is 740mg total.

I've went from 217lbs and currently weighing in at 223lbs not sure why weight is going up so quickly, it seems I've turned this into a recomp phase.

I'm not over eating or eating sloppy weight just increased 6lbs for some reason, I will say I definitely feel stronger.

This was my first leg day since returning back with my workouts in the gym, overall it went really well and I am pleased with the work I put it.

I avoided Squats for this one and hit leg press hard with this workout.
