This update for the workout is for wednesday January 24th 2024. Down below is my training for it.

I really enjoyed last night as it was the first day of zanes style of training. I can say without a doubt it kicked my ass hard, going from DL into rack pulls and immediately into bent over rows. I also kept my rest at 30 seconds in-between each set for every movement.

I can see why he designed the program the way he did with one on day and immediately an off day. I will still get into the gym and get cardio and abs done today, as I planned on altering the cardio aspect of the program and aiming for 45-60 minutes of walking 5 days a week.

Overall i really enjoy it so far and switching my routine up and having more balance and plan of attack. I feel I will see new growth and progress implementing this program.

Before I get into the log post I wanted to mention I am down from 222lbs and now I weigh in at 214 for this cut so far.

The zane program so far is awesome I really enjoy it, I definitely underestimated how challenging it would be, that is ok by me because I live for the grind and the challenge.

Sometimes I will need a substitute exercise based on what I have and don't have at the gym, which I don't mind. I can do the vast majority of the movements at the gym.

Also I might add in an extra movement or two each week depending on what I feel is needed at the time.

The thing I like most about the zane program is it forces weight being increased, why on earth would I do a DB Bench Press for 4-8 reps with 35lb DBs I just wouldn't, as it would be a waste of time.

With this program you start out lite with weight and get heavier as the reps decrease, I also add in 1-3 warm up sets for some extra reps and sometimes I will do more reps on the last set then what is on paper, if I'm feeling good and can properly lift it, why the heck not!

I have noticed his program so far is exhausting maybe it's the movements or the structure, I love that feeling and I am enjoying it, definitely is the right fit for me.

On my off day from the gym on thursday I did 1 hour and 35 minutes of cardio, the thing zanes program lacks big time is cardio so I'm changing that aspect and bumping it up.

I hit the climb master and uphill cardio one after another.

Yes I haven't really seen anyone try and pull it off and go indepth with it. I figured heck I'm running 16 weeks so I might as well give it a shot, only things I am changing is more cardio, 5 days a week ontop of adding 1-2 extra exercises when I see it is needed, the interesting thing is no trap work really so that is something I will add in. I have never done 3 days a week working out I've always been at 5 or more so it will be really interesting seeing how I grow if I make more or less progress etc, either way it will be a great test for me and maybe others will give it a try.

I apologize for no updates the other day as I had my CT heart scan today only took around 5 minutes or so, I had some rules no working out 24hrs prior no caffeine 12 hours prior as it could affect the test.

Hit the gym right after the testing was completed.

I was talking with a gym buddy after my workout and he was super positive and encouraging me with my vison of being on the stage, I actually have a few people who want to attend when I finally get to that point which is an honor for me and humbling at the same time, one of his buddies overhead and told me exactly who to contact and where to go and where the show is and what time of year they hold the show, which was very nice of him, he looks at me looks at his buddy and back at me and goes... just so u know that show is untested so I hope you plan on doing what is needed to compete, I looked at him nodded and said don't worry I understand and got it covered, he just smiled nodded and walked away.

All in all positive successful night.

I still need 2 pick up a bottle of n2guard before I get into the cycle, I don't like running a cycle without the proper support supplement. Been putting it off because I've had so many doctors appointments and tests plus preparing the cycle etc, so I apologize again.

I need these things done so I can provide all of you the most indepth log I can with full details, it goes much further then just inside the gym and lifting weights with my logs.

I want to do the community a service and be fully transparent for all of you and make it worth viewing and replying with my log, least I can do for all the awesome support all of you show me all the time.

I also need to give a heartfelt and humble thank you for Stevesmi & Mobster, I recently played the podcast episode on para pharma reviews. I had a small section that I got mentioned by the guys, they didn't have to say those kind words about me yet they did, and I just want to let both of you know I truly appreciate you doing that and putting me in a part of the episode, I felt so proud and happy in that moment that my results and log along with help I try and provide in the community got mentioned. I felt accomplished seeing my log and hard work pay off. Thank you guys, I appreciate and respect the both of you alot and constantly learn new things from you guys all the time and have for years with viewing the podcast.

After going almost all night and day no caffeine I have a nice bug headache which doesn't feel the best lol.

I should have my plack and calcium artery scores later this weak, two reasons why the echocardiogram and CT scan are important for me, dad had a heart attack at 40 lived through it, 2 uncles and one grandfather all died of heart attacks.

With me at the very beginner stages of my anabloic use and the goals I have set ahead of me, this is absolutely necessary testing. I'd rather know now then not know later and I pay the ultimate price.

I also am very adamant on blood work and getting bloods done because it's the responsibility you have as a person in my opinion if you are dabbling or fully in on ped use, I'd rather be careful not sorry in the long run.

I will say the most note worthy accomplishment today in the gym was me again hitting 470lbs on rack pulls for 2x1 each rep I did a static hold and gripped that bar in the lock out position both times for as many seconds as I could before setting it back down.

I'm not sure if changing my programming and taking more days off is already paying dividends and helping me become stronger with more rest days, I can tell u overall I feel much better 3 days of resistance training in the gym vs 5 I get just as much done, cardio still keeping around 5 days a week.

Current weight is back up at 217lbs probably over ate on some rest days, but hey 3lbs not a big deal, once I hit cardio it will be corrected.

My last trt Injection was 7 days ago, now some might believe in this some might not, I like giving my body a break for a couple weeks before I run the cycle full throttle plus I have bloods on February 8th it's a good way for me to get my baseline numbers before starting, so I will see free t, Total t and estrogen, then 4 weeks from the 8th more blood work so I can see where the gear puts my numbers at and I can adjust and tweak my protocol of AI accordingly.

I will open by saying the zane program is working wonderfully already, it seems as though I am getting stronger with my lifts, sometimes a switch in programing creates a beautiful synergy and good things happen.

The fact I only hit the weights three days a week now means I can spend some extra time and go longer with my training knowing I can take 2-3 days off and only have cardio that needs done on those off days.

Today was 3 hours total 2 hours of resistance training and 1 hour of cardio, some people will agree with that others won't, if it's working for me then it's working and that is what matters, as well as how I feel.

I am in full on foucs mode and when I get like this I become relentless trying to give and be my very best.

I got out of work late so by the time I hit the gym and completed everything I did not leave the gym till almost 1am fine by me had ample space and open equipment for once which was a great feeling.

I also added in some extra movements that made my time increase, as well as extra reps on majority of the lifts tonight, I felt I needed 2 push it and see what I could accomplish with doing so.

Zanes program is no joke and with me adding and switching certain lifts to work around the equipment I have, if certainly adds degrees of difficulty which I want and like.

Weight is also back down at 215.6 so good news on that. I add a bit more calories then normal nothing crazy about 220 over what I normally eat knowing what I was about to do tonight, I definitely ate the bulk of my carbs a little while before training for that extra energy output.

I haven't trained legs in a few weeks with my on going knee issue, I decided last night it needed to be done, I avoided the smith machine and squats all together just being cautious.

All in all I had a great Leg day and I worked them as hard as I could within reason with my knee.

Last night went good with the knee, when I woke up today and started walking around I was limping for a little while which is annoying and in pain, just something I deal with, either way I pushed through it and got the workout done.

I decided I earned a 2lb steak last night and who am I with passing up a porterhouse steak on sale for a great price 😂 that badboy was like 1800 calories and I enjoyed every single one of those calories. I ate that steak immediately after Legs got trained.

Carbs stayed lite around 30 or so for the entire day, mostly fat protein and fiber yesterday, all said an done 3052 calories yesterday so that was officially my refeed day, now back into my normal 2200-2300 calories a day.

I ate lite the enitre day before that steak only having two small meals spread throughout the day two protein wraps with 3 scrambled eggs in each wrap lite lettuce onion, green pepper, hot sauce lite cheddar cheese on both wraps.

Today being Friday I decided I'd have some fun and make pizza, now before any of u call me fat 😂 those are protein carb smart wraps as my crust so both those are a whopping 240 calories for both of those wraps, 1oz lite cheese on both wraps 6 pieces of pepperoni with 6 small pieces of sausage with a handful of black olives, the other wrap pizza is 2.5oz chicken and handful of green olives both protein wrap pizzas have 1/4 cup of red sauce as the base. 14 carbs in both wraps which is nothing, you can still have fun with food just have 2 be smart about it and tweak it so it is a healthier option everything in moderation I always believe in that.

I decided doing 3 days of resistance training in a row which I enjoyed alot, now we just do cardio rest of the week and relax and recover.

Gonna up the cardio into and hour and 30 minutes next 3 days so i can burn a little more calories with all my resistance training done this week, maybe one more day of ab work tossed in.

I figured I should show some before the cycle starts photos so everyone can see my current condition with the body.

Current weight is around 215-216lbs

I did relaxed photos some flexed photos and I did a couple vacuum photos so I can give everyone a really good idea how I fairing currently.

Cycle will officially start this coming monday.

Ps Mobster don't grill me about the phone in the photos 😂 jk grill away I know you will anyway 😎 its ok I deserve it im sure lol.

So as I am trying to get you guys an update and photos of the supplements I purchased for cycle support shout out my 100 dollar Amazon gift card lol, this big guy decided he was gonna block my supplements and lay by me and want my attention, so naturally I had to pet him and love on him for a little bit.

I still need to pick up the Omega 3 supplement and multivitamin and it's complete for supplements.

I also got my CT heart scan results back. I am very happy reporting I am tip top shape and ready to go 💪

Mediastinum: No enlarged lymph nodes within the field of view.
Lungs: Visualized lungs are clear.
Upper Abdomen: No concerning incidental finding.
Bones/Soft Tissues: No suspicious osseous lesion.
Scout: Unremarkable.

EXAM: CT HEART CALCIUM SCORING

TECHNIQUE: Prospectively gated noncontrast CT of the heart was obtained per
calcium score protocol. Multiplanar reformats were performed and reviewed.
Post-processing software was used to determine the coronary calcium score
using the Agatston method.

QUALITY: Good.

I got my full metabolic pannel done as well as psa, total t & free t plus estrogen.

Overall pannels are looking great, few numbers are off but not by much and it's expected after a cycle.

I feel I can easily run 250-300mg test with no AI especially if primo is in play. I am currently running 150mg of test cyp a week for trt and my estrogen is only at 29 so we'll within range.

Weight-loss that we offen talk about for less sides and better bloods is so true especially after experiencing it myself.
At 240lbs my estrogen was 60-70 now that I'm 215lbs and dropped alot of weight estrogen is at 29 and all numbers look much better.

I feel with estrogen being at 29 I need to be careful with AI and if I do run it maybe take no more than 10mg a week of aromasin, I feel I could crush my estrogen if not careful based on those numbers.

I will also probably need to donate blood a few times during cycle, just looking at hemoglobin and hemicrait as it sits right now.

I will post Tuesdays workout later tonight forget to do it on tuesday night.

it has begun....

Starting weight is 216lbs for clarification on that.

I will be continuing the Frank Zane program as i absolutely love it. I go all out 3 days a week hit all my body parts while tossing in some extra isolation movements, i also will keep cardio at 4-5 days a week 45 minutes up into 1hour depending on the time I have.

As all of you can tell by the photo and loaded barrel it is go time!

Today was my first official injection for my Para Pharma 16 week cycle and I am beyond ready and excited for this next step in my bodybuilding journey.

I was a little nervous going into the first Injections which is typical for me and I think normal when taking it into the next level as far as cycle and compounds go.

I must admit I didn't know what to think or how my body would react with higher concentration levels of gear, I was very pleased and surprised at how smooth it went today. I didn't know what to expect after I pressed that plunger down I was like well damn this isn't bad at all, very smooth.

The oil is definitely more viscous this time around that is expected the test alone is 400mg/ml and the primo is 200mg/ml.

I am choosing to start with no AI for the first 4 weeks at the end of those 4 weeks I will be running bloodwork to see all my numbers and especially estrogen, if AI is needed for deployment I have plenty aromasin on hand that I will put into play on a as needed basis, and the dose will be no more than 12mg a week to start. I don't want to crush my estrogen bad news if that happens.

Currently with trt no AI at 150mg a week of test cyp estrogen is at 29 so I don't see me having issues running test at 300-350 a week no AI since primo is at play and from past experience with primo I didn't need an AI at all on cycle.

Also will probably donate blood soon just to keep on the up and up and be safe while running the EQ just something i feel strongly about doing, i feel it is the right call.

I chose the ventro glute as my body takes injections into that area with ease. Been about 1 hour or so since injection took place. I can say with confidence the pip so far is mild at best, I can feel something in my muscle and very very mild soreness. The real test will be 24hrs from now to see what the true pip is looking like.

I use a 25g 1in syringe for injection once loaded into the barrel i like to spin the syringe for 30 seconds back and forth to warm the liquid up in the barrel before i inject it. I believe it can help alleviate the amount of possible pip.

Injections are spilt into M/W/F less oil more spread out = less pip and muscle irritation in my own experience anyway.

I will admit the injection process is alot slower due to the thickness and concentration of the oils, I actually like that, the number one reason is it forces me to injection alot slower and for longer, it helps because I won't flood the muscle with alot of oil quickly, in my mind the slower the injection the more time the oil has to move throughout the muscle and less pip along the way.

Current weight 214.3

Pip update, pip on the right ventro glute still just feels like a sore small mild bruise, nothing major I feel it I know it's there it's like ouch for a few seconds if I bump it on accident then I move on and forget about it, not bad at all.

I actually felt way more pip on 100mg/ml could be i had to push much more oil into the body at one time compared with 200mg/ml less oil into the muscle.

Second injection day today for the cycle overall it went in very smooth, I did things a bit differently. I let the vials sit in some hot water first before injection and I did notice a big difference in how it drawed up into the syringe very quick.

injection this time was into the left ventro glute and warming the oil did the trick barely felt the oil going in it was so smooth compared to not warming the oil on monday.

Overall after one injection I noticed already an increase in aggression and a little strength boost in the gym.

I think I will hold off on AI for now untill I run bloods in 4 weeks time, I've heard of EQ keeping estrogen low and I'm also running primo so I'm curious if it is true and I will find out and report back my findings.

If estrogen comes in low I will bump the test dose up some to compensate for it, im starting out at 350mg a week with the test dose. If estrogen comes back super low I will bump the test up into 400mg a week and run the test and primo at a 1:1 ratio and see if it helps.

I will not go over 400mg test the entire cycle, if I have to lower certain compound doses for estrogen reasons so be it, untill then if I'm feeling good we run with my current cyle schedule I listed down below.

Before starting the cycle my estrogen was at a 29 on 150mg a week test cyp no AI for reference.

Originally I was gonna run 300mg across the board for all 3 compounds, then thinking about it I know how well I responded with 400mg a week of primo so I altered the plan a little bit.

Push day today it went extremely well, im feeling a little stronger in all my lifts and they are going up already which is a good feeling.

Aggression is at an all time high for me a few Injections in, not really sure why that is but it is 1000% through the roof lol.
It could possibly be that this is my first higher mg cycle i am attempting and the flood of androgens is just hitting me hard and maybe EQ brings out my aggression because I didn't experience it on this level in this way with just test and primo.

I'm running test 150mg higher than I ever have in the past which can also be a big contribution to the androgen intensity.

My Aggression isn't I'm looking for fights or starting fights or treating anyone poorly nothing like that at all, it's the kind of Aggression that 30-45 minutes after I inject I can feel it in my jaw, face and in my mind and I get this rush and wave of just aggression in my mind.

when i hit the weightes i murder them to the best of my ability and i can feel the rage benefitting my mindset and my physical ability to preform at a better level.

i am good at containing it internally and harnessing it in the gym only, once I leave that setting I cool that part of me way way down.

overall I feel good nothing negative to report about other than the pip being hot and heavy lol, still trying out different methods and injection sites to offset it along with icing the area etc.

I chose higher concentrations so that is on me for that choice and my mistake as my line of thinking was backwards on this so i own that on me 100% now we just let it ride and deal with it the best we can as long as I can workout and preform we are golden and G2G.

No pain no gain as they say 😁😂 either way not para pharmas fault its my fault for loving some potent quality killer gear 😎💪

Side note para pharma is absolutely potent i don't care who agrees or who doesn't, I am speaking from my personal experience and the minute I went from trt into that para pharma gear man it hit me like fucking freight train I am 3 Injections deep so far and yeah I can tell after it is coursing through my veins because my mindset has been flipped upside down and I'm ready to get shit done.

Hope everyone is doing well, this is an update for my pervious Leg day as well as an update for Monday February 19 2024 as Monday starts a brand new injection week for me. This will be the start of week 2 for my Para Pharma cycle.

I am happy reporting the method warming up the compounds in the barrel and mixing that was suggested by @PrinceDaddy worked excellent. I got zero pip in the right delt last Friday with my injection.

This time around since i like trying different methods so i can report back my findings, i heated up some water in a sauce pan putting a needle into each vial, thankfully i got the luer lock style of syringe so i can unscrew the needle from the barrel, otherwise i wouldn't be able to try this method out.

injection went into the left side delt today so far so good zero pain or pip during injection after heating and throughly mixing the compounds in the barrel, will report back in a few days if anything changes.

I am definitely getting much stronger already, I did my pull day on Wednesday and I'm maxing out machines already and getting much stronger in my Cable lifts as well as my rack pull going up from my previous best when I was just on trt.

My previous best was 410lbs for one rep with rack pulls. I am now doing 460lbs 5x1. The low cable row 200lbs used to be changeling I'm now able to hit 15reps at 200lbs and had to physically stop myself from doing more. I also maxes out the weights on Cable low 260lbs 3x5

Maxed out the Lat Pulldown machine at 200lbs 4x12 on that one.

Seated Machine row also maxed out at 200lbs for 5x10

All in all so far almost 2 weeks in the books and I've improved alot already strength wise.

I know these compounds take weeks to fully reach peak, if this is any early indication of what might be in store for myself, I am pretty damn excited to find out.

Aggression isn't as high much more tolerable now as well which Is a good thing. I was able to do what mobster had commented with putting Aggression into foucs and it worked excellently.

This back day was one of the best I've ever had as far as a pump and feeling goes, everything I targeted hit perfect from the pump, squeeze and contraction, it was all 100% present for me.

All in all things are starting to come together and take shape, funny thing is my mind has been off the last few days and I had zero motivation for training, forcing myself to go and get it done produced one of my current best workouts this year.
