Approved Log 2023 Test, Deca, Sarm cycle log

Everyone says eat more protein and more fat.
I am listening and I am trying.
Already eating on average each day for protein.
1 1/2 pounds of cooked chicken breast
2 protein shakes with 64 g pro each
6 eggs
And various other items with little protein in them.
32 G protein bar.

Puts me a little more than 1.5 G protein per body weight.

I am so full my stomach hurts most of the day. I am eating from time I wake at 5 am and last meal about 9 pm . No food from 2pm and 6:30 pm because of gym time. Not sure I can physically eat any more.
I will keep trying though.

You're doing well this is the right path, proteins and fats and cardio of course even with bulking.

Yesterday I did a un feed day.
Basically gave my stomach a break and did not force feed my self all day.
Had a good breakfast of 3 eggs and 3 egg whites.
Lunch was light just a protein bar.
Single serve of oatmeal with honey before 4 pm work out.
Dinner went to Mediterranean place. Had jasmine rice, super greens, braised lamb with feta and humus sauce. Pita on side.
Here is crazy part. Went to bed about 10 feeling great. Woke up at 12 hungry so had some Greek yogurt.
Woke up at 3:30 hungrier so had 3 eggs and 3 egg white with salsa. Also started drinking Metamucil yesterday. Saturday is open gym day and gonna be a blast. Feel better. Now back to bed.

refeed I like to eat a pizza at least lol
 
the idea behind a refeed there are to speed up metabolism after eating in a deficit for a long time. however a simple and more effective option would be to simply cycle calories daily just like we naturally would have done for 2.5M years.

today a refeed day is just an excuse to eat shit. don't do it man. please. if you insist on a refeed day you should still not put toxic and chemical crap in your body like pizza etc. pizza from a corporate chain has atleast 60 ingredients in it, that is a lot of stress on your body to figure out how to digest that crap. if you want pizza make it yourself with single ingredients as much as possible. this is why a lot of people including me have made pizzas with cauliflower crust and plain tomatoes

Needed to give my stomach a break. It was hurting.
Feel great today. Back to eating big.
Headed to gym for an open gym day event.
Already had two meals. At the event they have these crazy donuts with wild topping.
Best way ever to warm up.
Prework out in one hand, walking on tread mill with crazy ass donut in other had.
Gonna be sweet!

We did chest. Place was packed and we just work on what equipment was available.
Sunday shoulders with my trainer.
Bad shoulder did good except side delt raises. Those still hurt some. Just dropped to a manageable weight. Building strength there is the goal to healing it with out hurting it.
Everything was 4 sets of 12
1. Cable machine side raises with cuff. In front then behind.
2. Cable machine Bent over rear delt
3. Face pulls
4. Over head pulls
5. Dumbell side , rear , front delt raises seated
6. Over head press machine
7. 4 way delt raise static hold
8. Standing barbell overhead press.
9. Dumbell overhead press seated
10. Seated dumbell traps

Not all in that order.

Woke up at 207 lb. This about as heavy as I have ever been. Of course I was fatter when I had a Dadbod 6 years ago. Round gut and no physique at 230, yuck!
Now I am in uncharted waters. Just finished week 7. Dropping the Anavar. Gonna keep hitting it hard for 7 more weeks. That would be 14 weeks.
Then a little recomp. Not a full cut but wouldn’t mind getting rid of some of this middle section. Already having troubles with clothes fitting. I have my thin clothes at mediums and bigger body clothes at large.
Even the large are fitting tight. Don’t want to buy more clothes just yet.
Overall I feel good for an old guy!

You can keep anavar for 2 more weeks @Slyderkt why drop it?
 
I was just gonna run anavar for 8 weeks then drop it. I know some say 6 weeks and some say 8 weeks.
I am feeling pretty good so I figured I would do the 60 days since that is what if have supplies for.

Still sitting at about 205 lbs.
meals are good. Eating as much as my stomach will hold. Ordered some digestive enzymes. Gonna take that with each meal and see if that helps break down the food.
Work out have been good. Pushing the shoulder pretty hard. Can’t say I feel any stronger or look any bigger last few weeks. Almost like a stall out. Gonna just keep hitting it!

you getting digestive enzymes and probiotics? should get spore based probiotics

This cycle started with anavar and other stuff.
The anavar portion is done now.
Still couple more injections of Deca. Of course that is a long ester so it will keep kicking for several weeks. Last 4 weeks of this cycle is still Sarms. Gw and Rad 140.
Along with some Mk 766.
Then take a break to let body recoop.
From there gonna get a PRP injection in my shoulder and knee. That will require some time off. Maybe up to 2 weeks. I’ll do cardio and AB’s during that time.
From there we will see what next.

For now just adding digestive enzymes.
Gonna see how that does before adding probiotics.
Hoping that helps me digest food quicker, so I don’t feel full all the time. I want to eat more just can’t fit it in the tummy.

Just stopped my Var this week too
 
Been a crazy week. Work and weather kept me out of gym couple extra days more than normal. I did make it yesterday and had an amazing chest day. Chest is a weak point for me. I got a great pump in my little muscles.
Last few chest days I have started with cable machine. That is where I feel the best mind muscle connection. This has been able get muscles fired up so I can feel them.
This morning did a boxing class. Took a little nap. Now headed to gym to lift and do back.
I have had my last injection of Deca. Last two weeks of the 12 week cycle is just sarms GW,Rad 140 plus test. Going to back off test to one injection 200mg per week. I feel stronger for sure. Still sitting around 203 - 205 lbs.

Not much cardio till now. I have started it back. Was trying pack on some pounds. Cardio would have burned up more calories.
Figured I would try it different like that.
Only got up to 205. Was shooting for 210-215. Food intake was good 3500-4000 calories a day. Body just doesn’t want to grow.
Last couple weeks of cycle, I’m just gonna keep hitting the gym.

So almost at end of the cycle.
Today met with coach. We took a few measurements at beginning.
Right bicep 15 1/4. Now 16 1/4
Left bicep 15. Now 15 1/4
Keep in mind these are the day after my off day with zero pump. Right arm showed a decent gain. I have seen 16 before but this extra 1/4” is new. Left arm did not show much gain. When he looked at my symmetry he noticed the left arm looked flat. Also remember my right shoulder is still jacked so right arm work outs have been 90%.
So with all that in mind we did an arm day.
Everything single armed 5 set reps of 12-15
Overhead cable curls slow
Seated preacher curl on cable machine 5 set
Cable kick back
Cable cross body down
Rope cable machine hammer curls
Dumbell cross body curl
Dumbell isolated curl
Lay down dumbell tricep
Dumbell hammer curl with full twist
Cable machine rope behind back tricep

I think that was all. Today I focused on the mind muscle connection and not the weight so much.

My strength has gone up in both arms.

Now the crazy part of all this. We measured both arms after the work out.
The right arm only went from 16-1/4 to 16-1/2
The left arm 15-1/4 to 16
That shows that the right arm stays fuller.
Of course I now know I need to work on the left arm size. And of course size over all.

Also chest grew from 41” - 42 1/2”

Bad news waist grew across naval 32-35 1/2”

Not worried about waist that’s cause if 4000 calories a day and not doing cardio. Just trying to get bigger.

I am now going back to 2500-3000 calories and back at cardio.

Hoping to shrink middle and keep gains.

This cycle was a lot of first for me and kind of an experiment. I truly enjoy seeing what the body can do and how it reacts to change.

Gonna wait about 3 weeks and let my body reset then get blood work done.
I can say that today in gym felt good. Didn’t get winded as easy. I’m hoping Hearts not working as hard since it does not have to push that thicker blood.

@Slyderkt I'm very happy you're back posting updates. The changes are big but the waist grew, you gained bodyfat? whats the issue?

I am hoping to get a PRP shot in my shoulder and knee. Trying for next week. I have been waiting to end this cycle. I will need to take couple weeks off for those shots. I am hoping to do some cardio during that time.
Maybe some swimming or Atleast stuff in the pool.

Gonna try some occlusion training on my arms before I get my shots. Trying to get a good blood flow in them.

This is done a lot like stem cell. Yes using bodies natural healing abilities.
Insurance will not cover it yet in USA. Not enough data for FDA to approve yet.
A single shot here I can get for about 500- 900 each depending on place. My Ortho is normally 700 each. But he will do two for 900 total.
Might take 2-3 rounds. We will see how first one goes.

1 whole avocado
200 g chicken breast
Cherry tomatoes
Bolt house ranch
Broccoli or green beans

Evening snack
3 chocolate Quaker rice cakes
2 tbls natural Peanut butter
2 tbls natural jelly

Might swap out some chicken so I can have a protein shake

@Slyderkt nice to see your meals back. You should keep the chicken and add a protein shake. I think the big thing here is lack of healthy fats. You have almonds but thats omega 6, you need good omega 3 use omega 3 fish oils IMO
 
As far as adding fat to diet. I figured I would hear that recommendation . I have trouble getting in good fats. I am supplementing with fish oils 2-3 times per day. I will probably carb cycle some also.
Gonna take a month or so off of any gear. Only keep the TRT.
Let the body reset before doing bloods. If bloods look good then I’ll do next cycle.
