Another good day in the gym.
Did legs today. I am glad I did it. I usual avoid leg days cause I suck at them and my knee hurts. Funny thing is as much as I hate legs. When I do them I am glad at the end. I am trying to get past this mental block. Today focused on form and not weight. Did box squats for first time. Did legs twice this week. Baby steps.
