20 rep squats as a mass gaining technique?

I'm calling bullshit on your stats without pictures..

Sent from my HTC Sensation XL with Beats Audio X315e using EliteFitness

you are 15 and you are 6'1 254? damn nigga.. u big as hell.

I agree with you though.. forced reps is where its at. And I always go to failure on core lifts. I don't have a certain rep amount that I am shooting for. My first set I am going to pick a weight I can do 12-15 times and rep it until failure. Then add more weight and do the same thing.. and have some drop sets on the last sets.

But that is what works for me, and I have success lifting that way for years.. both when cutting and bulking. everyone is different.

Bro he is full of bs. He is just a troll kid here on the site. Don't waste your energy on him.

Incorrect, when I tax myself this much I get incredible anaerobic cardio, also I gain mass. I'm 15 and just by doing this physically demanding thing I'm now 6'1" and 254lbs. Just because it forces your muscles to tear and recover.

bullshit unless you're fat. pics?

At least he talks about working out, which is more than I can say about a lot of members here :D

For years i have been doing 20 rep sets for squats, hack squats, sled etc thanks to a well respected EF member.
