now for the first question ever, here goes:

my stats first: im 20 years old, been working out hard and loving it for 2 years solid now. have gotten good results along the way, eat healthy and all that good stuff. i reached a plateau of sorts, i kinda "hit the wall" and have not really progressed much in the past year, i've kept the same weight (130 pounds, at 5'6). So i heard about Clenbuterol, did a ton of research on it, and now have 150 tabs of ventolase. i've been on it for 5 days now, up to 4 tabs a day. i definetly feel the sides, and i'm anxious to get some results! i was just wondering to all those who have experience w/ clen, how long it took until you really noticed some results. I just was curious to know some other reactions, i dont know any other girl who has ever used it.

---thanx!

I honestly did not see any better results than eca or NYC stack. However, the sides were much worse, and it was expensive.

Its interesting - the first "non-traditional supp" I heard about and had access to was clen. After all the hype the person who introduced it to me put around it, I've found that it mostly just gave me 12 hr panic sessions. I didnt' notice that it did anything better than ECA.

As far as expecting results -- I think that if you are already fairly lean, you will probably see better results than you would otherwise. However I wouldn't set up huge expectations on "results" from just adding this one thing to your regimen. This is where a lot of people toss the value of altering diet and/or training and start looking to clen, T3, steroids, etc to get their results because they think they "hit a wall".

To follow up spatts' request for some detail on your diet - there are probably a lot of things that can be done to tweak your diet to get rekick start your metabolism for some results. We've had a lot of discussion about at what point you have reached your "natural potential" and I wanted to reiterate that many of us have been lifting for years --- myself having pushed my first leg press in 1981 -- and have probably not hit our "natural potential". So getting access to certain supps is not the be-all-and-end-all answer. Even w/ some extra help, its still critical to constantly go back to your diet & training and see where you can tweak it or even totally change it up. Its a well established fact that you get the best, most easily retained results from slow, consistent changes to diet & training.

Anyway, my short answer to you is that I never really noticed any "great" results from clen. Personally I hate the stuff and would stick w/ NYC or ECA first.

Are you attempting to increase your muscle or trying to lose some fat??? I'm just trying to figure out what kind of plateau you're talking about.

Just curious what else you tried to break the plateau? What sort of changes to your training? diet? adding cardio? altering intensity of cardio? Intensity of lifting? volume of training?

I've seen and heard that clen gets different results for different people... it all depends on the speed of your metabolism. What are the dose per tablet of the ventolase? how is your clen cycle planned? As for my personal experience I started noticing results in the first week, which it may as well depend on where you tend to accumulate fat.

By plateau i mean that i have done various types of exercise, at different intensities, and have no lost much more weight. My main concern is weight/fat loss. my usual gym workout is about 30-40 minutes of cardio, switching from the treadmill, to the elliptical, or stair climber. I then proceed to weight machines. mondays i do shoulders and chest, and butt (i do butt and abs everyday), tuesdays i do primarily cardio abs, butt), then wednesdays are biceps, triceps, some back. thursdays cardio (abs, butt). Fridays, hammies. Saturday i take it easy and do a light workout that consists of cardio, abs, butt, and some free weights. Sundays are off. I have taken time off of the cardio machines an joined a step class for a while, so its not like i have not tried to change some stuff around. I eat well, i cannot give you any ratios of what i eat, but i can estimate that i probably take in 2000 calories. My bfp is 19%, so that is why i'm hoping clen may give me that boost. the clen im taking is ventolase, .02 mg. I love working out alot, its something i look forward to everyday after work, so getting results is like the icing on the cake for me. i do plan on using the ECA stack on my 2 off weeks.

I have used it and personally have had more results just by using an ECA stack. The clen gave me too many jitters and I couldn't stand it. I feel a bit like Sassy in that I was having a 12 hour panic session...lol. I personally recommend the ECA stack...but that's just me. I don't see how much fat you could have at 130/5'6, though... Have you ever considered just adding more muscle?
