1st question

I'm going to agree with most of the opinions here and say your plateau is probably diet related and not workout related.

You seem to have really put some thought into rotating your cardio workouts - which is really good. Changing things helps so much with seeing results! But now try putting more thought into your diet. You say you can't give food ratios or specific info. Have you ever kept a food diary? That can be instrumental in seeing what you eat (and how much). You may be surprised at how much (or how little) you actually are eating.

How much protein do you try to eat? You can't give specifics, but what do you try to eat everyday? How much protein, how much carbs. What TYPES of carbs and fats do you eat? How often do you eat? When do you eat? You seem to be attacking the working out part with a plan - you have to attack the diet part with a specific plan too. Actually, diet needs a more specific plan to see results!

mrs. tony -- can you give me an example of a "butt" exercise? Aside from stuff like donkey kicks, I've never heard of someone just working their butt.
