Thanks Zed and yea your right im sure my diet is lacking.. Did shoulders and traps today.. had a really good workout, didnt have any strength gains but a good workout none the less. Week 2 is officially over.. tomorrow is day 15 on Beastdrol and 2morrow Ill be taking my 6th inject of test E @250mg.. Starting today I decided I was going to quit worrying about my cycle and getting stronger every day and just go in there and kill that fukn shit... I hit 395 for 3 which is awesome considering last week I hit a new record at the time at 365x4 I believe.. My legs have got a ton stronger, but legs is the only body part im really noticing strength gains.. everything else is just kinda mild I guess is the word im looking for.. Also on a side note my nips are gettin kinda sensitive.. should I start to worry or is this just normal? Ive been taking the forma for a couple weeks now at 5pumps am and 5 pumps pm, hopefully thats enough for on cycle A.I support.. thanks again for all the support guys
Correction - It was 4 plates which is 405.. dunno why i was thinking it was 395.. nice im in the 400 club on squats lol

I would do it like this but extend the test 2 weeks, 3 weeks isnt a very long break between orals not to mention beastdrol is very liver toxic.......so like thisRun it right until your pct. that way as the test is dropping you are still making nice gains. Plus it gives 2 weeks break on your liver. Any other more advanced users have input on this? This is just how I would approach it.

Weight that used to be heavy and intimidating before, now I grab it and rep it out... Absolutely loving my cycle and really the only side to mention is my sleep has been fuked up for a while now.. Cant remember the last truly great night of sleep ive had and I seriously used to be a great deep long sleeper.. I would lay down at night and be out in no time and actually sleep for 8 hours straight.. Really miss that lol.. Ive been taking a double dose of melatonin but thats just helping me 'get' to sleep I still wake up a couple hours later.. oh well part of it all i guess.. Heading to do Shoulders later bros

You know what Arnold said in his 5th rule of success? He said if you think you need 8 hrs. of sleep then you are not sleeping fast enough!! lol Listen to this if you havn't heard it yet
I listen to this at least once a week gets me fired up.
I have trouble getting a full night sleep when I am on cycle also! I just push hard as I can in the gym so I am just beat by the end of the day. Another thing that helps me is making sure it is pitch black in my room no light cover the clock, the windows, etc..... Be careful not to get to dependent on taking stuff to help you sleep its hard to stop taking them after awhile.

Quick update before I go do arms.. I started out at 190lbs.. I weighed myself yesterday, and this is no shit 216lbs WTF!!? I didnt get fat but I cant really see where the weight went I dont understand it lol.. On a side note im literally in hulk mode and my confidence is through the fukn roof lol.. The gym is like my little bitch right now lmao.. alright guys ima go destroy my arms, hope all you good bros have a good weekend

Zed thanks man I know I need to start posting my numbers for all workouts and not just legs.. Ive always been kinda embarrased about my upper body strength.. The most Ive ever hit on flat bench is 300 for 1.. fukn pathetic.. I feel so confident right now though that, that doesnt even bother me.. Ill be strong there one day it just takes time right? lol.. Im curious as to what my max is now and what it will be at the end of my cycle.. Gatemoney I take melatonin every night bro 3mg tabs.. be careful playing around with doses mid cycle...more isn't always betterTime for a little update guys.. Im in my 5th week and just did my 9th shot of test e yesterday morning.. I decided that I feel fine and havent experienced any 'bad' side effects(sleep loss and night sweets but thats about it)so starting yesterday I upped my test to 650mg a week. Im going to continue to run it like that for the duration of my cycle, which is 8 more weeks.. Tomorrow will make 4 weeks on Beastdrol so that will be my last day with it.. Im going to miss the awesome pumps I get from it but wont miss the terrible back pumps and lethargy.. Also looking forward to doing cardio again.. I couldnt go longer than a 10 min jog without my calves shins and back in agonizing pain.. even with a high dose of taurine.. All bullshit aside im absolutely loving the Test guys... its really unbelievable how strong ive gotten in 4 weeks.. Its mind boggling.. why isnt everyone on Test? lol.. Im starting to get a lot of looks and attention in the gym.. Im beginning to think its diff obvious that im on something.. I had to make up a lie yesterday and tell 2 kids that im double dosing a test booster.. fml.. syke!! ive never felt this good in my entire life!!

you should be fine here, but in future more complex cycles I would just stick it out as plannedyea your probably right GJ but I was wanting to run 600 from the start and was afraid I was going to run out.. I happened to re-up and decided to finish the last 8 weeks at 600--650 a week

Wassup good bros.. Tomorrow will be my 12 inject, finishing off week 6.. Ive been off beastdrol for a little over a week now and im starting to lose a couple pounds.. Im hoping its just water or body fat(ive lost about 4lbs over the last week) I feel really good and strong.. Got a question for you bros.. Ive had a couple people tell me I should possibly significantly lower my forma dose or completly remove it until pct or I experience sides, that it could be keeping me from making optimal gains? Any thoughts or suggestions on that guys? I was doing 6 pumps am and 6 pm but Ive got it down to 4 am and 4 pm now.. woiuld love to hear what you guys think on this matter
you'll get so many conflicting opinions on this the best thing to do imo is listen to your body....everyone is different so there is no straight answer. It's trial and error here, if your nipples aren't sensitive and your joints aren't dried out i'd say stick with what you're doing lol.....you have to keep calorie intake into consideration as well, if you put on 26lbs in 5 weeks like crixus did then you have to adjust accordingly, hope that helpsAs far as i know its good for on cycle and pct. It is supposed to help maintain the balance between t&e rather then just strip e out like adex or stane would.
Lol now you got my weals turning cuz i just ordered my first bottle a few hour's ago. Hopefully g junky will chime in,im sure he could help us both out on this one.

The only thing I really havent improved is my deadlift bro.. and I honestly think its a mental thing (ive got several friends and even my brother who have been severly injured from deads) So every time I go to add more weight its in the back of my mind and I end up pysching myself out.. Call me a pussy if you want it is what it is.. Im repn low 3's on my bench which is awesome for me.. Im stuck around 200 on the military press.. I usually just work up to 185 and rep that for a couple sets, I hit 205 for 2 the other day which is my best (most ive ever tried).. Really looking forward to incorporating my anavar into my cycle in a couple more weeks!

That sucks bro, I'm having problems with my right shoulder to the point now were ill have to stick to decline bench....after this comp I may have to visit a doc....with no insuranceGuys thanks for the kind words for real.. From the beginning I was always strong at legs.. another thing that helps me is that a lot of guys will miss legs here and there because they feel likes its really not a big deal (noone will miss chest though lmao), but me i never missed legs because I always enjoyed doing them.. Had a little scare at the gym today fellas.. I was doing chest.. after warm ups I hit 185 for 10.. then 205 for 10.. while doing the 205 i felt a little discomfort in my left shoulder.. I thought nothing of it thinking I prolly didnt warm up as much as I should have.. next set I was going to hit 225 for 8-10.. as im bringing it down my left shoulder completly gives out (luckly my buddy was spotting me).. That has never happened to me and now its going to be in the back of my mind on every fucking set i do now.. The rest of my workout sucked ass because I was to scared to lift heavy so I just did alot of reps with average weight
btw next thursday I hit legs again and if I can remember ima have my buddy film my last couple sets and ill try to figure out how to put it on here
