1st Cycle Test E Beastdrol kick LOG

Hey wassup guys some of you might have read my other thread but for those who didnt this is my cycle and stats

age 27 / 5'10 / 190 bf around 13 or 14 i believe.. need to have this checked

week 1-4 Beastdrol
week 1-10 Test E 250 mon 250 thur
week 6 HCgenerate into PCT will have 2 bottles
week 5 forma into PCT have 2 bottles

2weeks after last pin/clomid 25/25/25/25, Unleashed/Post Cycle
Also n2guard, forged liver support, multi. fish oil, joint support, creatine

Heres a look at my workouts

I always start out with some rotator cuff work because of an injury i had a while back.. wanna make sure its g2g before all workouts except legs

Mon Chest
after a couple warmups
3 sets of Incline db press between 8-12 reps
3 sets of decline barbell bench 8-12 reps
3 sets of flat db bench 8-12 reps / sometimes i superset with pushups
3 sets of dips 12-15 reps
3 sets of laying dumbell pullovers 10 reps or so
4 sets of cable crossovers
30min cardio

Tues Back
4 sets of pullups 10 reps
4 sets of deads 10-12
3 sets of barbell rows underhand 10 reps
3 sets of lawnmowers 8-10
3 sets of latpulldowns 10-12
3 sets of seated cable rows 12 -15
3 sets of tbar rows super set with hyper extensions
30m cardio

Wed shoulders and traps
4 sets seated military press 8-12
4 sets barbell shrugs 15 reps
3 sets seated arnolds 8-10
3 sets bent over rear delt flye 12-15
3 sets of side lat raises super set with front cable raises around 10 apiece
3 super drop sets of dumbell shrugs / usually start with 90's drop to 65's then 2 plates 12-15 reps
30m cardio

Thur Legs
4 sets of squats 10-15 reps
4 sets of leg press 12-15
3 sets of leg extensions 15 reps
3 sets of leg curls 12 reps
3 sets of lunges 10-12
3 sets of seated calf raises super set with standing calf raises
no cardio

Fri Arms
I super set a bi exercise with a tri exercise all the way through and i try to stay in the 10 rep range
3 sets chinups super set with dips
3 sets of standing ezcurl with cable pushdowns
3 sets of incline hammer curls with close grip bench
3 sets of preacher curls with behind the head rope extensions.. not sure what thats called exactly
3 sets of peaks with 1 arm dumbell tri extensions
3 sets of reverse ezcurl with barbell wrist curls
no cardio

Sat and Sun cardio

I plan to start my cycle within the next few days
 
thata A LOT of volume bro, wait till Zed sees this shit he's gonna blow a gasket lmao. Do you always train like this? Overtraining imo......are you cutting or bulking? If you like volume I would look into german volume training (gvt) that's what I'll be using to cut this spring

If you are concenrenc about your quad developmen then do front squats. They will in fact be good for your whole bod and espicially your knees.

thanks for the good words bros... damn man i really like leg extensions and the place i workout at doesnt have any special leg shit .. just a shitty rack and leg press leg curl leg ext... no hack squat or power rack even.. so i make do lol.. ive never tried a front squat looks like it will roll off ur chest lol

Front squats are one of the very best things that you can do for you legs/lower back in general bro.
I know guyz that Front Squat 400+. No prob with the bar rolling off them man.

well believe me I would if I could, however the one i go to is within walkin distance man which is sweet to say the least... the closest nice gym a 24hour fitness is 30 min drive then a nautilus about 35 m drive.. and the one that i go to is family owned and their good people ya know so its just a nice place i guess
 
This might be a stupid question but I figure zed or gj might know the answer... someone told me that if i cant get HCGenerate I could take bridge at a double dose for a similar effect.. does this have any truth to it whatsoever>?

Maybe you could suggest that they get a power rack. They are really pretty cheap used and lots of em if you look.

gymjunkie my diet honestly is my weakest point.. i dont know how to cook and i relie on protein powders/protient bars for alot of my calories.. however all i drink or have in my fridge is water.. havent drank soda in a long time... and i have absolutely zero junk food in my house...

zed i was mistaken it is a power rack.. when i was in prison we had a step squat rack which is what i learned on and prefer because its great for seated military presses and we called it a power rack so i was confused but just looked it up and found out.. thanks guys seriously.. oh and my goals are to get big and lose bodyfat.. with clothes on I look fit but when im naked i have a little guy and a little fat around my chest area.. hardly man boobs but still sucks..

also i purchased some n2guard today so ill run it the till it runs out with the beastdrol then ill run the forged liver support after

7 caps ed on the n2guard will get you though beastdrol, hold on to the forged liver support for another cycle

Get your self a George Forman Grill and use it. Its really easy for bugrers and stuff.
Get fish, the kind in the packs not that canned crap.
That right there will help you out a ton man.
Then you can expand from there.
Fresh fish is easy to cook in a fry pan bro.

Hell yeah, I eat eggs,steak,salmon,and chicken every day and snack on protein bars in between with plenty of 2% milk as well. Throw some dirty calories in to get the calorie count up and now youre bulking...not gonna lie the holidays got me a over the place right now with my diet tho lol

It's easy bro, bake chicken breast at 350 for about a half an hour. Then I grill steak, heat up the grill throw on for a couple minutes and flip it, my shit basically still bleeding when I eat it lol...its the best way. Then name your salmon at 425 for bout 20min. And thats it, if you can't scramble some eggs then you've got problems lol. Use the inet, shit you found ef right? Google how to cook chicken lmao

Divide that between 6 meals =
21oz glass milk
3 slice bread
2 eggs in every meal
Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to use a whole grain bread instead of the white.
Do a 5x5 1 on 1 off,

2g protein per 1lb bw while on cycle and I think he said 190 so that's on the low side....less fat and more protein would be ideal. Although if you had no idea how to cook this wouldn't be a bad idea
 
My Test E came in today so I went ahead and took my first shot.. it was nice and smooth... this week ima do it today obviously and friday.. then get on my original schedule next week with mon and thursday... My beast is supposed to be here 2morow or thursday at the latest.. wanted to start them both on the same day but i figure its close enough and I couldnt wait lol.. ill keep you guys posted

I ran a very similar cycle to this and not to duplicate what the bros have told you but eat eat and than eat some more you will blow up! Also you might wanna grab some taurine to help with any back pumps you might get. I only got them at doses of 30mg a day and above of Beast. Better to have it and not need it though (backpumps suck). Drink lots of water! Anyway good luck you should get some great results, Subbed!!!

well guys all my other shit came in today so i guess today is officially day 1 although my first pin was tuesday the 27th.. I destroyed my legs in the a.m. then when i got home all my shit was waiting on me so I went ahead and jumped right in! I feel a little weird but not in a bad way its hard to describe.. Got arms tomorrow cant wait to get in there and tear shit up... 1 question though.. how should i dose the beast? Ive seen some people say take it all 1 hour before workout and others have said spread it out over the entire day.. 1 am 1 noon 1 pm.. any and all advice is welcome from you good bros... thanks guys

just wanted to add that my side is hurting a little bit im guessing thats my liver? its not like painful but i can tell its there you know what im sayin? Im hoping this is normal and btw i took a whole dose of n2guard.

well its day 2 of the beast gettin ready to take about 15 damn pills.. then goin to go hit arms in about an hour, not really expecting anything different yet. Gotta pin another 250 test e this evening then starting next week ima get on the schedule i was planing on doin from the beginnning mon and thursday.. but my stuff came on tues so i went ahead and pinned.. ive been told that this is fine as long as i dont do this every week..

I like to pin every 84 hours when I'm pinning twice a week, so if I'm pinning Mon and thurs ill pin mon 8am and thurs 8pm. They way I know I'm keeping steady blood levels.

yea that sounds about right.. man i dont think ima be able to take 2 caps of beast an hour before workout again my head is absolutely pounding.. tomorrow im going back to 3 spread out.. some things work great for others and not so great for some..

I take that back I just had the sickest pumps ive ever had in my life! The skin on my biceps literally felt like it was going to rip down the middle!! Jesus taking 2 of them an hour or so before workout might be worth the sides i was feeling.. sounds crazy i know..

Just to clarify i didnt experience any strength gains seeing as its only my second day on beast but the pumps was diff new

Make sure you're drinking a gallon of water or better a day with beast and keep an eye on your bp, that's what's causes the headaches. Especially if you're taking 2 caps at a time drink a ton of water with em
 
well today is day 3 on the beastdrol, took my second pin of test yesterday evening.. Normally i do cardio and abs today but damn i could barely get out of bed from doin legs thursday.. they were a lil sore yesterday but today its brutal, no way i could have done anything today so im takin the day off... happy new years guys

I know acetaminophen is liver toxic when took in large amounts or drank on was wondering if its okay? probably not the best thing in the world for you but it helped me last night

I smoked for 10 years but i quit while i was locked up, not trying to jinx myself but i havent had a headache all day today.. i think i didnt space them out far enough the previous days.. today i waited a good bit between doses.. thanks guys and happy new year

i was messin around in the chat and conversation forum when i first got on this site just messin around bored and now a couple guys think im an alter ego or something for someone else.. its kinda funny
 
Beast gives me headaches to, usually had to do with BP being a little high. I would take ibuprofen if they got to bad but not get carried away with them. I know everyone keeps saying it but make sure your getting at least a gallon and a half of water a day and taking that taurine!

I have also ran Beast from 20-40mg a day. The results I had off 20 and 30 seem to be about the same maybe a little more strength increase with the 30. 40mg just made me bloated and lethargic and killed my libido. So don't trip on dropping it down to 20mg to help with sides and don't forget you still got the test running as a base that will be kicking in a few weeks! :evil:

Or you can cut your dose by half and then ramp it up. That usually works for peeps that sensitive to it.

well its only been 5 days on the bdrol and my incline dumbell presses went up 5 lbs for my last 2 working sets

:) i remember my first cycle (test-e) i was not at all mentally prepared for the sudden strength increase. I was 100% confident i could lift weight i had never even tried before but was completely intimidated by it at the same time.

Did back today guys and got my first experience with back pumps.. holy shit guys I could barely bend over, I felt alot stronger but the pumps were so intense I didnt try to go any heavier on my deads or bent over barbell rows.. However my lawnmowers I jumped 10lbs lol.. I grabbed what Ive been doin here lately and pulled it up and I was like damn this is light as hell.. Light enough to were I didnt just grab a 5lb heavier dumbell and jumped straight 10lbs.. Im going to up my dose on taurine ive been takin around 1.5-2 grams a day Ima jump it up to around 3 or 4 and see if that helps.. Had to cut my cardio short too because my calves got so damn pumped.. Another plus is only after 6 days Im more vascular than ive ever been.. Cant wait till the Test kicks in damn im excited

Yeah eating gets to be a real chore. Try to eat more often and smaller quantities that helps the most of anything that Ive found. Nice gains bro!

Well the headaches seem to have left me alone, I dont wanna jinx myself but havent had a bad one in days now.. I think I found out that my body cant process more than 10mg of beastdrol within a certain time period.. takin another dose to close to my last really frigs me up.. So that is under control.. now im experiencing something else.. Every morning I get up and just feel like total shit.. no energy no appetite its fuckin bullshit pardon my language.. the first meal of the day is so hard to get down i literally feel sick trying to eat, but then about 20m or so later i feel normal.. and my sleep has been pretty shitty too.. Im going to keep soldiering on but just thought I would let you guys know what im going through.. my fourth pin of test is tomorrow evening and today is day 7 on beastdrol.. thanks Zed and everyone else for the advice and motivation.. for real
 
Wow Crix sorry to hear this. As for complaining here, so what--do it. You are not expected to be a cheerleader 24x7 and we are here for you!

Take is slow, eat something you like that you usuallybcan chow down to make that first meal manageable. As for the beast, definitely keep those caps at 4-5 hour intervals and suck down a lot of h2o.

I am in your corner, myself at day 19 of my beast/katana/transaderm. I wish I had a source for test but it is what is.

This is normal bro, just get up and pound a big ass glass of water and eat a big clean breakfast. I get like that with beast too, its like everything is a chore but working out lol....lotsa water and lotsa carbs. If you have to stop it at 3 weeks if you can go 4 then go for it, but if you don't think you can make it then I would stop now....anything under 3 weeks is a waste if time imo
 
thanks for the kind words and motivation guys.. the weather changed really abruptly here and im thinking I might have caught something n im just gettin sick.. I just got done doing shoulders and it took everything I had just to get through my workout( the only plus was that my grip was locktight on my shrugs and I go pretty heavy).. So hopefully ive just caught a cold or something and it passes in a few days and I can get back to really making some damn progress.. GJ im diff going to take it for 3 weeks, hopefully 4(that way ill know for future reference if I can take it again or if its just not for me)
 
Just did my 4th pin of test, and im on day 8 of beastdrol.. Got legs tomorrow hopin for a great workout, going to try and hit a new max on squats.. last week did 315x8 as my last set, so if im feelin it ima try and go a little heavier maybe 355 360 for 5 or so..diff startin to see the difference in the mirror, mainly in my shoulders and arms.. Ill update tomorrow after legs...
 
WOW my strength is through the fukn roof!! My beastdrol has finally kicked into full affect.. ive never experienced anything like it lol.. Usually the 2nd half of my leg workout im real exhausted and my legs are barely keeping me upright, but today i could have went another couple hours it was amazing, the endurance/stamina/strength out of this world lol.. I hit 315 for 12 squatting then did 365 for 8.. never even tried 365 till today lol. Then I front squatted 225 for 3 sets of 10.. I went up in weight on EVERY exercise im speechless.. jesus I cant wait till arms tomorrow hopefully my strength is up there as well.. if its even close to being like my legs today ill be happy.. The first week the sides kinda sucked but now its payin off Beastdrol is the shit and my test hasnt even kicked in yet.. wow im going to be a completly different person lol.. man im stoked

WOW my strength is through the fukn roof!! My beastdrol has finally kicked into full affect.. ive never experienced anything like it lol.. Usually the 2nd half of my leg workout im real exhausted and my legs are barely keeping me upright, but today i could have went another couple hours it was amazing, the endurance/stamina/strength out of this world lol.. Legs has always been my best thing, im not that tall barely 5 10 my legs arent that long lol
