Sup guys. IM gonna keep track of my gains that I get before I start my cycle. I would like to see some natural strength and size gains before I start so I will be doing fairly heavy lifting and doing the big compound lifts like squats, reads, military, bench, etc.
Im 25, 5'9, about 185lbs, 10-12%BF. Ill post pics pretty soon as a before pic. Gonna hit chest today because i hurt my foot at work so I can't do legs but my foot should heal pretty soon.
Ill just be taking creatine, whey, casein, and a basic multi and fish oil. Once i get on cycle I will be taking more sups for health reasons.
