SSALEX he didnt do quit as detailed what he did is just took a weight that was lighter (he normally curls 40 pounds he took 20) and just did alternating standing bicep curls( with back to the wall) for about 10-12 reps , when he got to 50 sets he drank a proteiin shake then did 50 more he said his arms gre like 1/2 inch ,and it felt great he said he doesnt think it would work so well if someone did it ED but once a month ,
could this be applied to other boy parts?
