my friend told me he did one workout of 100 sets of curls (with 10 reps) he told me itll make your arms grow liek crazy what yya think?

read it! I can gurantee 100%, that by the next day your arms gonna be 1/2 or so inches bigger when you properly complete your program!

Hey people did this porgram and gaine 0.5 inches on their arms in the next few days!!! Thats pretty good if you ask me!

But what about the fact that their arms are so sore that they can't train any other bodypart for the next week?

Your arms will get bigger from training the rest of your body...people never seem to understand that.

SSALEX he didnt do quit as detailed what he did is just took a weight that was lighter (he normally curls 40 pounds he took 20) and just did alternating standing bicep curls( with back to the wall) for about 10-12 reps , when he got to 50 sets he drank a proteiin shake then did 50 more he said his arms gre like 1/2 inch ,and it felt great he said he doesnt think it would work so well if someone did it ED but once a month ,

could this be applied to other boy parts?
 
100 sets is old news. I would highly recommend you to try the new and improved 300 set 24hour program, which involves only one small group and the program guarantees at least 5" gain in bicep size and an instant 10lbs. body muscle-mass increase.
Not bad if you ask me.
 
Midnight: 10 sets of 10 reps on squats
1 am: 10 sets of 10 on bench press
2 am: 10 sets of 10 on deadlifts
3 am: 10 sets of 10 on standing bar curls
4 am: 10 sets of 10 on skull krushers
5 am: 10 sets of 10 on leg extensions
6 am: 10 sets of 10 on leg curls
7 am: 10 sets of 10 on flyes
8 am: 10 sets of 10 on barbell rows
9 am: 10 sets of 10 on dbell curls
10am: 10 sets of 10 on tric push downs
11am: 10 sets of 10 on power cleans
12am: 10 sets of 10 on overhead presses
REPEAT for another 12 hours.

Total body, 130 sets for the first 12 hours...repeat but decrease the weights by 2%. Take a 10 minute nap between workouts and drink 2 prot shakes per hour.

I suggest this routine 3x a week for 4 weeks for maximum growth.
