[FONT="]It's called the 100 reps workout. What you do is take a big exercise or weight that you can only do between 10 and 20 reps. So start it and do as many reps until you can't do anymore. Then rest for 10 seconds only, and do more. keep repeating that until you have done 100 reps. You can do this routine with chinups or parallel bar dips. You can also do it with dumbells, barbells and even machines. It feels awesome.[/FONT]
