After this long weekend coming up I am going to start the one working rep for next week. I have been going one body part a week something like Mon-chest, Tues-back, Wes-legs, Thurs-shoulders and arms- Fri. It is going to be really hard for me to try this but I am going to give it a try for at least a month. I usually do 3 to 4 exer a body part with 3 to 4 sets . One or two warm ups.
You are supposed to pick 3 different exerc. for each body part. Common sense says you pick 3 that works each body part a different way. What are some of the routines you guys have? Avg., what gains have you had in your first month? Thanks for any help.
