Sup guys,i wana introduce my self to all of you.My name is Marin,i am 18(almost 19) i am 185 cm tall,and weight ia 96kg atm(sry for US guys for not writing in lbs and ft)ia ma lifting for 1 year and 6months,i trained for 11months then had a break for 3 months then 4months train and again stoped for 4months due to job,then started in november again and lifting till this day.I love bb and everything that comes with it,i am nice guy..I am currently lifting 3 days a week monday-chest,wensday-back,abs.-friday shoulders,arms.
i have good genetics from my day for legs and back,rest sucks.my nutrition is bad i have 150grams protein some daysmore perday 200-300grams carbsand i didnt count fat.i am getting better nutrition for a week.250-300grams protein per day,400-500carbs.aiming for 3500cals total.Here comes questions.i will start steroid cycle for like 6months aproximatly,if i get full tim job,i dont wana take steroids if i cant have nutrition that comes with it.I planned test E 400mg per week for 10months, i will do pct probably nolvadex(will write pct plan in few days when i get on computer and find what should be best dosage).I know i am young,i uaed my last year to resarch about steroids,cause it aint smartest thing to take something without knowing something about it.I dont wana take orals,i have tome for it later,test alone willl do fin for first cycle in my opinion.My decision is final,talking me out of it is probably not posible.I know sides i could get,from gyn to stop growing,and shut down.i Will post my curent pics tomorow probably,so yoi could see me situation.I dont wana be douchbag so please reply if u can give advice,personal experience only,suggeation.Atm i am riding my bike 20km per day for job,so i cant traing legs which sucks,but that will last for 2 months only then squat rack is myn
