Sup guys,i wana introduce my self to all of you.My name is Marin,i am 18(almost 19) i am 185 cm tall,and weight ia 96kg atm(sry for US guys for not writing in lbs and ft)ia ma lifting for 1 year and 6months,i trained for 11months then had a break for 3 months then 4months train and again stoped for 4months due to job,then started in november again and lifting till this day.I love bb and everything that comes with it,i am nice guy..I am currently lifting 3 days a week monday-chest,wensday-back,abs.-friday shoulders,arms.
i have good genetics from my day for legs and back,rest sucks.my nutrition is bad i have 150grams protein some daysmore perday 200-300grams carbsand i didnt count fat.i am getting better nutrition for a week.250-300grams protein per day,400-500carbs.aiming for 3500cals total.Here comes questions.i will start steroid cycle for like 6months aproximatly,if i get full tim job,i dont wana take steroids if i cant have nutrition that comes with it.I planned test E 400mg per week for 10months, i will do pct probably nolvadex(will write pct plan in few days when i get on computer and find what should be best dosage).I know i am young,i uaed my last year to resarch about steroids,cause it aint smartest thing to take something without knowing something about it.I dont wana take orals,i have tome for it later,test alone willl do fin for first cycle in my opinion.My decision is final,talking me out of it is probably not posible.I know sides i could get,from gyn to stop growing,and shut down.i Will post my curent pics tomorow probably,so yoi could see me situation.I dont wana be douchbag so please reply if u can give advice,personal experience only,suggeation.Atm i am riding my bike 20km per day for job,so i cant traing legs which sucks,but that will last for 2 months only then squat rack is myn :P I am wroting this shiz on my phone so sry for grammar mistakes.Tnx in front guys,enyoy(btw sry for f*****g long text)
 
I sort of stopped reading after posting your age.. Too young man, lift hard, eat smart, sleep well.. But did you say Test E 400 per week for 10 months?

oh damn,this stupid smart phones with little keyboard.I meant weeks,some say 12+ but personally i think it would be to much for me

That was a painful paragraph to read man I gotta say lol.. But since there is no convincing you out of this then I would agree a Test only cycle is the best place to start. Most opt for test E because they only have to pin 2x a week usually.

Test E @ 400-500 mg/week for 12 weeks seems to be the typical beginner cycle. The initial gains from your first test cycle are awesome but if you keep the majority of them is it up to you. Post your PCT and cycle supports/ pics I think you said you were going to as well.

Keep it in simple paragraphs to read like this if you can bro it makes people more likely to read it

I have a headache from reading that gibberish.

So no way of talking you out of it huh? You are 6'1 and around 210 pounds... after one year of on and off training, I am guessing your bf is quite high. Unless you are a far end mesomorph I can't imagine that sort of musculature from a 19 year old lad with this little training. So my advice would be, since you won't be starting this cycle until 6 months later, is to prime your body to the point to make the best use of AAS.

You should do a 6 months mess training cycle with one 3 months microcycle focusing on strength, and 3 months focusing on hypertrophy. The first 3 months training you will be training within the 4-6 rep range region, focusing on compound movements such as bench press, deadlifts, squats, Pendlay rows, Overhead press, chin ups and dips. You said you can't squat cause you ride your bike for 20km daily? Well good news is the 4 rep weight range for 5-6 sets won't make you very sore at all, this style of training makes your nervous system more efficient at recruiting motor neurons. After that you can do a 3 months cycle focusing on the same compound lifts at around the 8-12 rep range.

At the same time try lowering you bf a little, you bike and do cardio everyday anyway, so you should be fine. Let’s look at pics before going into that.

By then you will still be very young to start Anabolic steroids. I for one will not condone nor encourage it. But you are 18, and supposedly a man now, so its your choice to make. If you must do it, get your body in the best shape possible first.

Just know this: when you play you got to pay. At this age your hormones are still all over the place, you are still growing. Introducing exogenous hormones will reek havoc on your endocrine system. You may end up on TRT in your 20s. So think about the risk and choose wisely.

yeah my bf is pretty high 17% from my view maybe more not sure,you will tell tomorow on pics.I cant determin which bodytype i am,i gain muscle wery fast,so as fat,but i get rid of fat pretty fast i was 107kg now i am 97 after 1 month of doing cardio,probably all water and some fat anyway.U named basic exercises which i do them all exept landley rows,il check what kind rows are they.About squating thing,i tryed it but legs were giving out on me.I am working in restaurant 10hrs per day,i it was hard to not feel weakness of the legs.I aint doing them cause of sorrenes,more of feair of over training them.Got some good size from bike thought.About 6 months i am not sure,many thing can happen,i wont start until blood work,and tests are done.If i dont get full time job i wont start either cause buying steroids without proper food makes no sense,even that they cost like 10days worth of nutrition(lol).I know i am young but still wanna do smart,and safe(even sides are pretty obvious for my age).I wont start if i know that i am not ready mentaly for it,i know couple of guys using them qith no brains(like i have it much at 18).Some use dianabol for period of 4-8months like it aint oral,without liver protection,nolva or clomid in backup,so i just dont wana be th that kind of guy that get into it without right information.Thats why i am here,i have half year or maybe more to gain knowladge about it.My former training partner(40years old) said."Listen u can take roids without brain,but remember with smart thinking muscles start growing."
 
We don't give AAS to teenagers. It's wrong and dumb to even think about it. Post your diet in the diet section and your training. One piece of advice. Don't even think of a steroid cycle
