I was only 120lbs in june (ripped because i lifted and ran). Now i am 140 about 5'6.5" tall. I gained very little body fat. I lift 5 days a week, doing a different body part every day. I also work on a farm 6 days a week for about 3 hours a day. I try to eat as clean as possible, infact i spend between $20 and $40 a week on groceries. My diet consists of things like oatmeal, turkey, lots of cottage cheese, milk, eggs, all natural peanut butter and lots of whole wheat bread. On the weekends I'm not as strict about it, but I still like to eat mostly clean then to. Right now i'm taking in between 3,000 and 3,500 calories a day. My arms are 13 3/4", my chest about 40", and my waist 30 1/2". About 2 weeks ago I bench press 200lbs, I was happy! So my goals are to get up to 160-170 and cut down. What do you guys think? Also, do you think 200lbs is a good max bench press for my bodywieght?
