Hi all i'm 17 5'10" 156lbs. I've been workin out for like 1 month every other day for like 2 hours, doing 3 sets of everything since i got my workbench. I was thinkin about getting some of these things (http://www.iconfitness.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/CategoryDisplay?cgmenbr=112011&cgrfnbr=824380) to help me build more muscle but i really dont know much about it, so i would really appreciate any advice about them and how to improve my workout thanks
