Weight - 75kg
AAS/PEPS :
Test E - 125mg weekly
Reta - 3mg every 6 days
Tirz - 2.5mg every 6 days
MotsC - 1mg daily
SS31 - 1mg daily
MT2 - 500mcg 3x week
SLU - 25mg daily
5AM - 50mg daily
Methylene Blue - 10mg daily
Cialis - 10mg training days
Yohimbine, Clen and HGH to be added soon
Training :
PPL rest PPL rest
Will be changing to PPL rest UL rest eventually - Honestly just enjoying the volume & gym atm and recovery is great.
abs & cardio done most rest days
15k steps daily on average - 4km walk & 30min incline treadmill post workout
Nutrition :
2200cals
Once fat loss is done will slowly reverse out.
Will be posting what I eat with log updates
