Rear Delt
to 98kg/217lbs x 10 reps (just did 2 sets inc this one)

Saxon Bar Work
to 93.75kg/206lbs x 2 r/p and 2 x 3 reps
 
@mobster glad you took my advice on the right angle. its paying off for you. make sure you pause on the way down and hold it, then blast back up.

Strangely I get more of a taped difference on this than flaxor. FLexor work only = 16.5-inches, Extensor only = 16.75-inches. Maybe i'll do both to see 17-inches again
