Whey iso plus ANPB works well in this diet. This is basically my diet.....
5 omega three eggs and 1/2 scoop whey iso
2 scoops whey iso, 2 tbsp ANPB
8oz Chicken tits, 4oz green beans, 1oz almonds
8oz 93/7 lean ground beef, 1 head of romain lettuce, 1tbsp EVOO
2 scoops Whey iso, 2 tbsp ANPB
5 omega three eggs, 1tbsp fish oil
This is right around 2500 kcal and is quite possibly the easiest diet I have ever followed (so far). It might not work if you get sick of eating the same shit daily. I don't mind. Too early to see any real results so far.
