Height - 5"9"
Weight - 174lbs
Kids - 3 (Have already gotten a vasectomy)
Years training - On and off for 17 years. Mostly off in the last 5 years
Cycle history - Probably about 5 or 6...

Thanks bro. I am on HRT but I missed 8 weeks between injections so I finally told myself to be consistent every week. So far it's only been 2 weeks but already getting stronger and bigger. I just want to do this for 12 weeks then I get to start my pro pharm cycle :)

Also wondering if since I have been lean my wholeg life and eating whatever I want do I need to track my calories or should I just eat ad much as I can? My foods include

Sup guys. IM gonna keep track of my gains that I get before I start my cycle. I would like to see some natural strength and size gains before I start so I will be doing fairly heavy lifting and doing the big compound lifts like squats, reads, military, bench, etc.

^^^ what he said. You're messing with hormones without even knowing what you are doing. If you would have researched all this by yourself you would have seen that 19 years old is too young. You'll end up like me on HRT at 24 if you keep doing what you are doing. You don't want that lol. But...
