back when i was in high school when i cleaned 3 days a week, squatted 3 days a week, benched 3 days ago they were huge. not so much anymore, but im trying to cut down weight via the omega method now.
you definately had me beat at 14.

just make sure your diet is on the right track.
your body looks great, but strive for PERFECTION.
it's just what arnold did, and look at how successful he was.

also, try to buy Pumping Iron.
it's a documentary about bodybuilding from the 70s. All the big pros are in it. Arnold is hilarious also, by far his best movie.
speaking of that, you headed to the arnold classic in ohio next year?
if you are i got a place for you to stay. (my buddies giant frat.)

you should really check it out once in the next five years. a lot of big names are there (met ronnie and dennis wolf this year). don't know if BK has been there but it's a fun experience.
    only kidding bro.
you're the coolest 14 year old i know.

wish my cousin would lift and do stuff besides video games like you.
first thing i'm doing when i get back from college is taking him to a gym.

If only it were that easy bro. 100lb DB's is like trying to clean my entire bodyweight from the floor. I tried form the knees but it wasn't happening.
lol bro, you walk up to a judge in a contest with that much overconfidence you'll get blown away.
look at every bodypart like arnold does. it needs to improve until it is all perfect. symmetrical.
