    Hey, I might be visitng my friend in Miltonkings. Where are you from there? Can't be that far.
    Been training seriously for the past 3 years now but I started roughly 5 years ago. I've always worked out with more of a powerlifter lifter mentality using BB type routines. Recently I've made the leap into the BB world and concentrated on reps rather than weight. I can't shake that urge to lift heavy ass weight though... I really have to stop watching my Ronnie Colman DVD's haha. How about you? What are you going for, BB or PL?
    450 lbs on flat bench and yeah, it's in reference to the Levrone vid. He's working out with 500 lbs on flat though like it aint a thing lol.
    Thanks for the K bro. I don't think I'll be hitting it that hard again though. The most I got was 450 lbs for one very hard assed rep LOL. At the time I was watch Kevin Levrone's workout DVD and really wanted to do that rediculously heavy chest workout of his. Couldn't get to 5 plates like he used to but I got close haha.

    i think im locking out my knees too early, but imo my form is a lot better and i had more power
    When trying to lose so much weight you plateau with everything, haha.
    Im constantly switching up my diet, cardio and training to keep things progressing.
