lol@ at load of fat. i don't use straps or gloves unless it gets so heavy for me that it hurts the skin, they tend to annoy rather than help most of the time. i've been doing wrist curls mostly to strengthen that area. i want them to be able to support the increasing workload(i have realllllly tiny wrists too

and me too, about the veins! i think they look super cool. very sexy on guys. unfortunately my bodyfat is far from low enough to have ANY veins pop.....except after a workout. other than that my skin stays very smooth. oh well.
