Agreed. All is well and good with people who like the nimble little sub-sub compacts and smart cars, but I want some STEEL between me and whatever I might come into contact with (and not the friendly way). I don't care what kind of air bags you have, or how skilled a driver, when somebody in a 1-ton dually 4x4 runs a red light at you, say hi to St. Peter for me if you're in a tiny little greeniemobile. I want either a full-size car or truck, or a motorcycle. On a bike, at least I can maneuver a bit better than in a tiny 4-wheeler, and in a real vehicle, I have a chance at a fair match.
A note on the 350--Z: Not sure if Nissan has fixed this problem, but I've never been able to drive a 240, 280, or 300 Z. My feet won't fit on the pedals without getting stuck under the dash, unless I take my shoes off. If you wear a sz 9 or smaller, maybe OK, but I wear a 13.5 to 15 depending on sneakers or boots, and no way.
