6 Months to Change My Life!!!

I REALLY NEED your help. I now have six months to change my life.

Stats:

24 years old
6'3"
195 14% BF

I need a 10 week bulking cycle, something that will add on sustainable lean mass with as minimal fat gain as possible (i assume will have more to do with diet here), because after 10 weeks i will have exactly 14 weeks to cut down to 5-7 percent BF.

These are the legit gear i have access to

test cyp,enan,prop
sustanon
deca
d-bol
anadrol tabs
Tren
Equi
Mast
Primo

I need the best cycle i can do to bulk up for 10 weeks, but something that has to be as SUSTAINABLE as possible long-term since i will be cutting for 14 weeks after to get down to 5-6.5% and staying there. Once i get close to cutting i'll get on here to ask for help with that.

I can keep my diet and training as strict as possible, you have no idea my discipline. As i stated in previous posts, the reason i deteriorated to this was due to a lengthy missionary trip with no working out and terrible food!

Anyway, any idea on how many cals I should be consuming during the bulk, as well as amount of carbs/protein? I hear so many different theories, maybe my body type and you guys experience can help me settle on something.

GOD BLESS everybody, especially those who take the time to help me. PLEASE throw in your 2 cents it would be far more appreciated than you will ever know.

btw this is not a first cycle, i've run a deca/test e cycle years ago as a first cycle and more recently a test prop/mast/winny cycle while cutting 2 years ago.

Have you cycled before? I would think at your weight/height you probably want to be around 5k calories if your bulking. 7-8 meals a day. sust/deca/dbol would be nice for bulking. are you saying your going to do 10 week bulk then plan to change compounds/diet to 14 weeks cut?

from your stats it looks like you dont know how to diet or train. get a trainer/nutritionist to "change your life". if youre that tall and light with that much bf, aas arent going to magically get you to competition level bf. its alot more complicated than that.

yes exactly. the goal is 24 weeks to gain as much mass as possible then back down to 6-7 percent BF

i was on a missionary trip in africa for 7 months.

our diet was majority simple carbohydrates and i couldn't train at all, it wasn't my choice.

and it's not competition level, it's more for modeling and stage acting, so i would say more 6-7 percent BF i suppose. isn't that what a model is usually at?

6 to 7 is extremely low. youre going to need someone who knows what they are doing getting you there. its not easy at all, unless you are genetically set at a low bf like 8 to 9 naturally.

my brother is a NASM/ACE certified trainer and nutritionist expert. He's going to be monitoring what i eat and my BF levels through Fit-Day.com and taking my measurements every week. it's a very controlled thing we have going on here.

however, I would ask him for help with this but he is very against gear. this is why i've turned here. Also some extra diet and training info always helps, as when your cycling your nutrition needs change.

personally, i would find a trainer who preps people for shows. they are much better than an average trainer. remaining at 6 or 7% bf is no small feet if that is not a norm for you. people here can help but having someone who sees your changes and sees what is working are 2 totally different things. good luck. should be interesting. i wouldnt bulk anymore if i were you though. 14% bf is high enough.
