First of all I just want to give a big shout out to @IronHQ for offering his generous sponsorship and support towards my competitive bodybuilding aspirations. Has always been my go to supplier for all peptide and HGH requirements. Have been working with @Coach R. AP since the 17/01/26. We successfully completed my first ever cut phase on the 19/05/26 where I hit my target of single digits bodyfat finishing up at 8.6%

We have since moved into the reverse diet stage as of 2 weeks ago where calories have been slowly raised in weekly increments of 200 solely from carbs. The plan is to continue riding the food wave for now as we gradually taper up the calories, avoiding excess fat spillover while increasing muscle fullness, glycogen retention and strength. Once we’ve reached a point where coach is satisfied which is projected to be in the next upcoming weeks. We will commence the switch and launch straight into a build phase where we’ll look to add a significant quantity of lean mass to my frame.

Upon completion of the build phase period we move straight into comp prep where I’ll be targeting Season A 2027 in the Classic Physique division as a True Novice.

Been a fantastic week in terms of overall well being, energy and training. It marks the first week since the cut where since my last check in I reached 100% recovery. Gaining fullness and size steadily while maintaining conditioning. Intensity in the gym is only getting higher and strength is not quite there yet but it’s improving slowly. Mild night sweats was experiencing from the reverse seemed to have completely ceased now. Which puts me in a solid position and means my body is almost ready for the build phase



🚀 THIS WEEK'S TARGETS

Maintain discipline to meal plan and diet, try get more cardio in to maintain insulin sensitivity as calories continue to rise. Increase training output and intensity in sessions. Stay focused and dialled in as the build phase approaches to finish the last few weeks of the reverse strong.

Went abit crazy with my off the plan meal eating in a surplus and consuming excess calories/carbs night before 😂. So a fair bit of bloating and water retention present, jumped up almost 2kg overnight in these shots lol. Ignore the current conditioning but the mass is on display at least. Will be much tighter next week’s update for these 👌🏾

So a fair bit of bloating and water retention present, jumped up almost 2kg overnight in these shots lol. Ignore the current conditioning but the mass is on display at least.
