2.5kg in one week, more if you take into account the fat loss also.
It's quite a quick amount of time without the body having had a chance to become accustomed too & accommodate the extra weight, the lower back stabilisers taking the brunt of the sudden extra weight from standing, moving, exercising etc

I'm really concentrating on dialing in with 100% focus & intensity on each & every single rep. Feeling for the exact muscle I'm working, zero in on the right alignment, the right angle. Pull or push with that muscle only & feeling that muscle only contract & extend through the full range of motion to the point of muscular failure on the last set of each exercise.
The type of T bar row that I'm doing is the chest supported Incline type.
It's not always possible to enter the exact exercise in Hevy App as sometimes the choice isn't listed.

Even though it is essential to list weights & reps from workout to workout to track progress, it is important to remember that the amount of resistance felt even with the same amount of weight used will vary from different machine to machine & from cable to cable types.

In regards to the amount of weight used from person to person in regards to hypertrophy training, strength varies greatly from person to person with some of the different factors that affect strength being the length of their arms & legs & their difference in body composition & their level of conditioning, the differences in nerve output to the muscles & their co-ordination & one of the most important main factors is their exercise form & range of motion.

A bodybuilder who take for example on the Incline Dumbell press, uses a weight so heavy that the main focus is on just getting the weight up no matter what without feeling for the target upper pec muscles pushing the weight will instead heavily recruit the front delts & Triceps as well the pecs, also if He doesn't bring the Dumbells all the way down to get a full stretch on every rep & only bringing them have way down all with poor muscle control will be able to lift much more weight than a bodybuilder who instead focuses on sticking His chest out, shoulders pulled back, pushing through with the target muscle mainly & getting a deep full stretch on each rep & squeezing & contracting His pec muscles at the top or by using continuous tension by not locking out at the top.

Even Ronnie Coleman's weights would have dropped or increased had He tried to utilise a different range range of motion & rep tempo.

I'm not saying that one is better for muscle growth but I am saying that this will affect the amount of weight that's used.

I'm getting lower back aches & growing pains lol but no complaints here with this!
Take into consideration that I am losing bodyfat continuously while gaining muscle so the amount of muscle being gained is actually more than what the scales are showing.
There has been no change in fluid retention either, as any cut's have not visually changed & neither has my vascularity blured or any other indicators.

I do 1-2 warm-up sets depending on what stage of being warmed up during my routine.
I don't need to record any of these warm-up sets due to my level (35 years of bodybuilding) experience with gauging how much weight I need to use for warm-ups by eyeing my last & most important set which is the one that I take to the point of momentary muscular failure.

I was actually noting this is my previous logs but it's become lost in memory & translation as I only copy & paste my previous eating which is usually the same daily but if it isn't then I note this.

I'm really concentrating on dialing in with 100% focus & intensity on each & every single rep. Feeling for the exact muscle I'm working, zero in on the right alignment, the right angle. Pull or push with that muscle only & feeling that muscle only contract & extend through the full range of motion to the point of muscular failure on the last set of each exercise.
The type of T bar row that I'm doing is the chest supported Incline type.
It's not always possible to enter the exact exercise in Hevy App as sometimes the choice isn't listed.

Even though it is essential to list weights & reps from workout to workout to track progress, it is important to remember that the amount of resistance felt even with the same amount of weight used will vary from different machine to machine & from cable to cable types.

In regards to the amount of weight used from person to person in regards to hypertrophy training, strength varies greatly from person to person with some of the different factors that affect strength being the length of their arms & legs & their difference in body composition & their level of conditioning, the differences in nerve output to the muscles & their co-ordination & one of the most important main factors is their exercise form & range of motion.

A bodybuilder who take for example on the Incline Dumbell press, uses a weight so heavy that the main focus is on just getting the weight up no matter what without feeling for the target upper pec muscles pushing the weight will instead heavily recruit the front delts & Triceps as well the pecs, also if He doesn't bring the Dumbells all the way down to get a full stretch on every rep & only bringing them have way down all with poor muscle control will be able to lift much more weight than a bodybuilder who instead focuses on sticking His chest out, shoulders pulled back, pushing through with the target muscle mainly & getting a deep full stretch on each rep & squeezing & contracting His pec muscles at the top or by using continuous tension by not locking out at the top.

Even Ronnie Coleman's weights would have dropped or increased had He tried to utilise a different range range of motion & rep tempo.

I'm not saying that one is better for muscle growth but I am saying that this will affect the amount of weight that's used.

I feel you on the nightshifts or Rotating rosters brother!
So whenever you are sleeping be that day or night take them whenever you wake up 2-3 hours after your last meal so that you are taking it on an empty stomach (that's more important for the T4 rather than T3)
But still best to take both on an empty stomach.

If you don't usually wake up sometime during the night then set an alarm for it.
The other main reason to take them in the middle of the night is that Thyroid contributes to growth of new muscle satellite cells.
Thyroid taken at this time will also be synergistic with Hgh, Insulin & Test aiding in both muscle growth & especially fat loss during this time due to lower blood glucose levels as your body is nearing to being in a ketogenic fasted state.

I've pulled out Tren E & Upped the Deca by a little bit.
Tren E served me well it gave me some enhanced metabolic recomp effects & some good mental drive & didn't affect my bloods in any negative way whatsoever, however I feel personally that Tren is best suited for re-comp or cut rather than push as it dries you out a little.
I've been getting quite dry & vascular & I'd like to stay that way but I want to up the anti for the remainder of this push to accrue as much of my muscle mass back that I can so I've up the Deca a tad & will add in Anadrol in 2 weeks time at a dose of 50mg Preworkout on training days for 3-4 weeks before staying with my current oil doses for another 3 or 4 weeks to try to keep & cement the gains from Anadrol.

I'll then switch to a Trt/Health phase of Sustanon 250 at 140mg with Tren E at 35mg bringing total Trt load to 175mg & Hgh at 4i:u
I will most likely keep the T3/T4 & Insulin in there too as hey I'm getting old now

AND YES you read that right there is a low dose of TREN E in with my TRT TESTOSTERONE.

So now that my physique has put a little mass back on, I've turned my attention to what needs to be brought back up more.
My Delts, Legs & Triceps are lagging behind mainly due to the extent of my injuries causing impairment of strength & range of motion.
Coach Swcc has reminded me of a valuable training tool called the Pre-exhaust method.
This training method was popularised by the late great Mike Mentzer with Dorian yates using it for his own back training later on.
Basically you do an isolation movement such as pushdown for triceps then follow that with the next movement being a compound movement such as dips that also involve the Triceps but use other muscles to assist the already exhausted tricep muscle further into fatigue & failure.
Another example is leg extensions followed by leg press or barbell curls followed reverse grip lat pulldowns.
For today's workout since I want to prioritise Delts & Triceps those muscles were put first in my workout.

I've pulled out Tren E & Upped the Deca by a little bit.
Tren E served me well it gave me some enhanced metabolic recomp effects & some good mental drive & didn't affect my bloods in any negative way whatsoever, however I feel personally that Tren is best suited for re-comp or cut rather than push as it dries you out a little.
I've been getting quite dry & vascular & I'd like to stay that way but I want to up the anti for the remainder of this push to accrue as much of my muscle mass back that I can so I've up the Deca a tad & will add in Anadrol in 2 weeks time at a dose of 50mg Preworkout on training days for 3-4 weeks before staying with my current oil doses for another 3 or 4 weeks to try to keep & cement the gains from Anadrol.

I'll then switch to a Trt/Health phase of Sustanon 250 at 140mg with Tren E at 35mg bringing total Trt load to 175mg & Hgh at 4i:u
I will most likely keep the T3/T4 & Insulin in there too as hey I'm getting old now

AND YES you read that right there is a low dose of TREN E in with my TRT TESTOSTERONE.
Thus is due to all of prior research & my own previous findings that microdosing Tren E didn't effect my blood pressure & bloodwork in any negative way.
I'll be taking Tren E & 5mg daily alongside with my Sustanon for Trt.
I've also chosen Sustanon for this time as the Test Prop in Sustanon gives a little more of a mentally driven type Androgen kick as will the Tren E. So now that my physique has put a little mass back on, I've turned my attention to what needs to be brought back up more.
My Delts, Legs & Triceps are lagging behind mainly due to the extent of my injuries causing impairment of strength & range of motion.
Coach Swcc has reminded me of a valuable training tool called the Pre-exhaust method.
This training method was popularised by the late great Mike Mentzer with Dorian yates using it for his own back training later on.
Basically you do an isolation movement such as pushdown for triceps then follow that with the next movement being a compound movement such as dips that also involve the Triceps but use other muscles to assist the already exhausted tricep muscle further into fatigue & failure.
Another example is leg extensions followed by leg press or barbell curls followed reverse grip lat pulldowns.
For today's workout since I want to prioritise Delts & Triceps those muscles were put first in my workout.
