Focus of This Week:

Sleep - has been shit. Ive always been a bad sleeper, will start implementing better sleep hygiene i.e no screens before bed, a more structured sleep time. 😴

Nutrition - I was struggling to eat M4. I've since consistently been eating that. Thanks to coach @asianvaper for making some changes, we've removed some volume from fruit and added honey 🍯

Peptides - Mots-C will be added in this week. 1mg on TD. Keen to implement and report feedback. Huge thanks to @PeptideX for sponsoring me with all my ancillary needs πŸ’Š πŸ’‰

End of week check in: 21/03/26

Implemented Mots-C for the first time this week & all i can say is wow!

Immediately noticed a huge change in drive, i wanted to lift all the weights and do all the cardio! ⚑⚑

Other than that, everything else is progressing exactly as planned under the watchful eye of @asianvaper πŸ₯·

Thank you sir. I eat the same 4 meals every day, helps with digestion and i actually enjoy them haha.
I’m the same, it helps me stay on track.

Been taking 2-4mg Melatonin some nights. Greatly helped with getting a good nights rest. Baby doses and I'd like to keep it that way. Still need to fix the root cause.

Nutrition πŸ–- Has been on point. Digestion feels good, I've been regular as a mofo thanks to the fibre i guess? All meals eaten.

Training πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ- Phenomenal! I've been going into each session with the sole focus of progress. Mots has definitely made training easier, i feel i have an extra gear.
