Starting Stats

• Age: 24

• Height: 178cm (5’10 in freedom units ;)

• Starting Weight: 85.2kgs (Current weight: 89.4)

• Bodyfat Estimate: 15% last Dexa was 13% but have been eating in a very slight Surplus for some time

• Training Experience: I’ve gained and lost 35-40kgs 4 times over 8 years. Will be posting photos and a story to this soon - have attached 2 photos of the l weight loss too. These photos were after already losing 10kgs

• Blood pressure TBA (My blood pressure monitor shat itself this morning so have one being delivered tomorrow morning)

• Resting heart rate: 57bpm

Goal of this growth phase

• Build as much lean mass as possible (that’s a given)

• Build a strong foundation for more aggressive cycles

• Maintain health markers

Log/cycle DURATION: 20 weeks

Long-Term goal:

Create a bigger frame to continue building on year after year to.


Maintaining longevity so I can keep running cycles is idealistic and the main focus so that I can be bigger, stronger and the best I can be both physically and mentally.

3g EPA+DHA combined daily

400mg Magnesium glycinate daily

2000iu Vitamin D

20mg Zinc daily

2 scoops of protein powder

300mg Test E - 150mg Twice weekly - Monday mornings, Thursday nights

300mg EQ - once a week - Thursday night

I may have told him since he is a mate I'm holding him to my standards for logging so we will see if he lives up to my expectations. No doubt he will get verified but I don't want him to be some basic ass log he has potential and I know with the right encouragement we can help turn little man here into a real BIGt 😈

I refuse to make excuses, I travel for work constantly and single parent too but I haven’t let it stop me!

I want to eventually be a mass monster, this is my second cycle (first was a 10 week 200mg Test then upped to 300mg Test for last 10 weeks cycle)

Years of growth to come
