Approved Log Road to my first bodybuilding show cycle Journal

Hello everyone! Starting a daily log to hold myself accountable and hopefully inspire other people! I was a competitive powerlifter for 4 years and wanted to give a shot in bodybuilding.



Currently on an aggressive cut stripping bodyfat before going into a growth season before competing late next year! Eating 2400 calories on training days and 2200 on rest days.

-woke up did NOT get enough sleep but I napped earlier in the day so it checks out. Started the day off with preparing some of my meals and taking my supplements with 1L of water

I used to powerlift for years so my upper back and glutes are decently sized. Been focusing more so on width these past months and on my push up phase will be going hard on bringing up weak points and solidifying strong points
