Training day



5:00pm



woke up took daily supplements

-40mg telmisartan

-10mg cialis

-60mcg clen

-4,000mg vitamin c

-200mg magnesium

-1g taurine

-half a serving of heart+

-half a serving of liver+

-half a serving of kidney+

Prepped 5 of my meals for the day except my breakfast which I’ll cook after my fasted cardio. I like my eggs fresh so it’s the best way for me

-10g L Glutamine

-half a scoop of raw nutrition essential pre (100mg caffeine)

Hour walk yielded 6,000 steps

Got ready for work and packed meals 2, 3, 4 and my pre workout meal

Arrived to work and immediately went for a little walk. Thankfully in my job for the most part I can eat whenever and go for walks throughout the day. Especially on 3rd shift I get away with a lot of shit I couldn’t during day shift. Gotta get the steps in somehow

Making my meals for tomorrow, have about an 18 hour shift which is going to be tough. 10 of those hours will be spent on a tug boat so rough day ahead of me but day in day out we do not miss

the nighttime supplements are good @conman2001 hgh is a strong dose. 6iu's is no joke, any sides with that?
