I don’t take HGH. And with mk677 it’s best to cycle it on and off. If you stay on it too long can fuck your insulin sensitivity. Had 2.5 months off. So going back on.
 
why do you cycle mk677 nutrobal on and off?
Apparently I have seen multiple reports that risk of insulin sensitivity, potential diabetes

So that’s why I’m cycling it on and off.
Minimizing the risk I guess
