Back in the gym full time and feeling alot better with my shoulders i am finally doing incline presses without bad pain.
Thanks to
@GENTEXLaboratories Gear ive been maitaining all my muscle and keeping moderately low body fat percentage even without going hard in the gym. Since i have been training hard again the pump is completely back i have so much fullness and vascularity in my arms.
I have been out of action due to constant pain and injuries in my shoulders basically rendering me inactive and not mentally ready to be talkin about my diet and training etc.
Im back now and will be commencing Reta im the next couple weeks so i can get rid of the stubborn fat around my chest and abdomen.
My training split since being back has been:
Day on: Chest, side delts, biceps
Day off
Day on: Back, rear delts, tris
Day off
Day on: Legs and calves
Day on: Shoulders, traps, bi’s
Day on: Core, Calves, tris
Im only running:

Been getting most likely some of the cleanest results on this ‘cruise’ including good muscle fullness, vascularity, low water retention, overall health and blood sugar decent, and definitely mentally better however been getting bad tempers and quite angry at times especially at work under high pressure.

Hunger has been extremely high but my Diet is clean at the moment and im tapering food down trying to fight through hunger unless my blood sugar drops, time to get lean.
