Approved Log Yankees 2025 First Cycle Log

yankeedoodle

V.I.P.
EF Logger
2025 First Blast into the new year.

Started really my first cycle of madness in late 2023 with test and tren , albeit tren alone for the first 8 weeks of then which is a no no but I felt amazing and it kickstarted me and made me start to educate myself properly on every compound, this was also before I discovered half these communities.

The Below is from Roughly Dec 2023 – Dec 2024

And this is most current little snap, will purchase tripod to get better pictures soon.

Now I am more educated and have met amazing people and sponsors I can dial it in properly including diet which has been so hit and miss yet so critical and the key to really transforming yourself. PEDs are the catalyst but without nutrition and discipline in training you will always limit your potential.

So lets talk Cycle and the amazing sponsors on this journey this go around.

I have two sponsors and I know I can only have 1 per credit on forums but luckily one has asked for my logs specifically on ASF Forums so they wont conflict.

Big Boy Labs will be getting credit for Elite Fitness/Evo as he has supplied my test and EQ and a little Tren which is a very small part of this cycle as I plan on using is sparingly and at a low dosage, think less than 100mg per week.

Titan Labs for ASF as he has provided my Mast and eventually Primo later on in the Cycle.

Stack looks like this with adjustments as I recently had every symptom in the book for low E2 and made a mistake of treating symptoms before confirming with bloodwork which I will never do again. I treated it with large dosages of Test and Dbol and I was wrong and ended up with a record breaking E2 result on bloods with E2 well over 1000+. So don’t change your cycle because of purely how you feel, get your ass in and do the bloods. I will now do bloods every four weeks this cycle.

Stack: Weeks 1-8 (Note this is going to be a 16 week cycle) I will adjust likely midway with bloodwork as needed.

Monday: 250mg Test E – 200mg EQ

Tuesday: 200mg Mast E – 50 mg Tren E

Wednesday:

Thursday: 250mg Test E – 200mg EQ

Friday: 200mg Mast E – 50mg Tren E

Saturday:

Sunday:

Extras:

HGH – 5iu Mon-Friday

Chikin Feed 3 capsules Daily

Red Yeast Rice 4 capsules Daily

CoQ10 2 capsules daily

Animal Pak Vitamins 1 sachet per day.

Diet and Nutrition:

I won’t feed the bullshit of saying I am a meal prepping guy, but I have scales, I know the macro targets I need to hit and I can confidently use my fitness pal app to track my intakes. I will take advantage of services like My Muscle Prep to help here as will for the on-the-go meals. Yes, I work 60 hours a week in a demanding tech industry role and am a single day. I have done meal prep before, and they sit in the fridge and are the last thing in life I want to eat. I will do a separate post on this once I get it written out.

Training wise sticking with Jeff Nippards Push Pull Legs program 6 days a week but also an added focus on daily Level 2 cardio and also 2 days a week HIIT training for mobility and really pushing myself.

Below is an example of Day 1:

@yankeedoodle welcome bro EF crew loves new logs
i see you transformed big time and will do more
your training is EXACTLY like nippards?

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

supplements
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

pictures
please share pictures of you face blurred (every 1-2 weeks)
pics of your meals as you go
pics of your training as you go
pics of your supps
pics of your gear

thank you and share more :)

16 weeks is really long.
Any chance you cut this back to maybe 12 or 14 weeks?

Definitely, this log is going to help a lot of dudes that were in your situation a couple years ago.

So, this is awesome that you're getting it going.

What would you say were the top 2 or 3, most important things you did when you made your transformation?
100% was paying for a meal service and making sure to simply start just getting moving and getting between 10-15k steps in a day to ease into it. Then set realistic goals like 3 days a week strength training and built that up to 5 days a week.

But a paid meal service not only ensured calories and macros were spot on. It’s also an eye opener to portion control. So many people have no clue what portion sizes should be.

My muscle Chef to supplement meals when I am traveling or planning to get office bound, just easy to heat up and go.

So currently moving house so didn't get a solid meal prep as expected to will update for those asking about supplements and also some more of the training program.

Supplements Wise the big picture:

Pre Workout: Warrior just love the stuff and value of it, just single scoop in mornings gets me going.

CoQ10 - Good for heart and also recommended on the Red Yeast Rice Bottle next to it to help with cholesterol. I probably consume more red meat than I should so will tone that down but still use support. Keep and eye on cholesterol peeps.

Milk Thistle have always been told good for liver support and markers always been good so I won't argue if it seems to be helping.

Fish Oil just a staple in my opinion, been taking long before using PEDS.

Spirulina - never heard of this until I moved to Australia but studies show that it may improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels, suppress oxidation, reduce blood pressure, and lower fasting blood sugar levels.

Metamucil - its Fibre what can I say helps you poop also good at night for those bedtime hunger pains :)

NAC - Just came recommended when on cycle and benefits list extensive https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/nac-benefits#TOC_TITLE_HDR_3

Taurine - Just helps with cramping in general if running Clen for brief cycles.

Also no pictured is Creatine 5mg a day and my protein has always been Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Coffee Flavored the best.

Also the last photo you will see Animal Pak Sachets, have taken these probably since I was in high school just a easy to grab basically everything in a sachet, realistically probably has everything in it but usually have one every other day.

Just about everything here has multiple benefits so do your research and adjust your support stacks based off blood work, and again they are support stacks, if you blood pressure is crazy then be smart, adjust your peds dosage and also talk to your GP about Telmisartan or actual medications they can prescribe.

Oh and lastly that super awesome organized is this from Kmart lol

In regards to training last week which I take phone pictures on and make gym notes so I don't have to carry this awesome book my girlfriend had printed and laminated. I will fill it out and update but sharing anyways.

big respect I even see fiber there!
didnt see D or multi there, you taking it? @yankeedoodle

any updates? @yankeedoodle

No updates from him like 10 days not sure if he's ok bro
Hey sorry gents updates coming this weekend. Tough week, so job hunting as well. Still training that’s the one consistent thing going for me at the moment. Will get new photos uploaded as well.

I am behaving. Ok I’ll keep my sexuality private ❤️🤝
Appreciate the support regardless of how gay it is haha.

Have a big update coming together and some pictures. Although don’t see much change as the moving house and now job hunt continues it’s been some daily but decent workouts. Diets been hit and miss.

Still high protein but been a lot of meals on the run with travelling so calorie count rough estimates at best but every stop sticking with the standard chicken salads and quinoa bowls when I can find them and also sushi been a staple. Can’t beat a salmon poke bowl.

Gay is ok as long as its for pay :ROFLMAO:

Still on the job hunt but into the new place and the gym is slowly taking shape again. Been a cardio week for me getting about a 5k morning run in and 10k walk in the evenings just keeping body moving. So a bit of a deload week but back at it isn’t he morning with first full body session and will posts workout details.
Will also wax my back and get some new photos up, feel like I’m looking slimmer not bulking as expected. Will hop on scales as well.

Gym room looks sick bro

I have something very similar brother. Home gyms great especially with work hours and being father/husband

Easier sometimes brother

Little update as I’ve been quiet job hunting but hired back at my old firm so been pretty excited. Took two weeks off to help a friend with her work with horses so been doing some decent days of labour and have lost a fair bit of weight as well.

Weighed in around 88kgs which is the lowest I’ve been in a while so going to be upping calories to 3200 for at least a month to get back to the mid 90s.

Training still the same the Jeff Nippard program posted on page 1 and doing a session today so will add it in the log tonight. I’ll also update my stack as I’m at about the 8 week mark so will ramp up dosages now as I’m feeling good overall.
