I hate thisHad a chance of work schedule and DR apts early this week that has thrown trainin off. I will be back into the Gym on Tuesday and hopefully my shoulder is feelin ok. Has been givin me lot of soreness lately but feels like nerve pain to me. Not sure but have had some bad indigestion lately. taking digestive enzymes, probiotics, and tudca. Hopefully that is temporary and will go away by tomorrow. Feel strong and Full lately. I think EQ is just starting to kick in. appetite has increased some lately so thats a plus...

Food has been consistant and solid. Fasted Sunday again for 24 hours and can tell it helps metabolism and pullin me tight. Will get pics in next week makin solid progress. appreciate the support. Pump felt good just hate getting Headaches that come from overheat dehydration they mess me up bad. Pump was actuallly getting painful at the end in the upper chest front delt area. Bad shoulder felt pretty good Good shoulder pump hurt it was so intense...The NPP is making me strong as hell. The EQ should just be kicking in so another couple weeks we will drop the tren and Drol together. Cant wait even though I have a LOVE HATE relationship with TREN. Who dont though LOL

Pumps are so sick they are getting painful. I am cutting NPP back from 450mg to 300mg weekly. Not using anymore aromasin unless I get symptoms. I will start using anadrol in next 2-3 weeks. Got me lil worried because pumps already stupid then you gonna have Drol and Tren hitting. We see what happens. Gonna try and get updated pics in next 5 days or so. Appreciate the support boys.
big Kcals fool. thats xtra 2k kcals a day. gotta grow....I am dropping BF% weekly and I am in a Bulk so the sugar obviously not takin took much of a toll. So I am taking the Kcals anywhere I can get at the Moment. Mark my works I will be under 10% BF taking in 4000kcals a day with the chocolate Milk. everybody body respond different. I am blessed with Genetics that will let me stay lean at 4000 kcals a day. appreciate the concerns but My results will speak for themselves. I need as many Kcals as I can get right now. Fat free Chocolate Milk is worst thing in my diet so that being the case I will be just finebro what's with all the chocolate milk that's for kids I feed that to my grandchildren LOL
23Grams a cup whole or Lowfat bro exactly the same. I was drinking gallon Whole Chocolate Milk day when I wasnt working out and it make me fat. My body seem to like it. 2200 plus xtra kcals daily body be forced to grow. leaning out while doing it my friend. No doubt and that will happen b4 summer. I am bulking right now and as you can see taking all these cals and sugar but still leaning out. I am not trying to lean out right now I am trying to put on some weight. My metabolism gets so cranked it just chews up everything. good and bad problem to have. Steve you know I lock that diet in tight when the cut comes. Hard to Bulk with Metabolism like this its really crazy to eat all these cals and sugar but still get leaner.looking good in the pictures can see ABS just imagine when you clean up the diet what will happen

Just difficult during Bulk because I just get leaner ever day no matter how Much I put away. Its crazy and weight going up still but slowly because I keep leanin out. I will fall short on kcals I wont get enough down. I am taking 4-6k kcals daily. 2000-3000 coming from the Milk. The Liquid I can handle much easier so I would rather take it this way then end up only taking 2800-3800 kcals a day. I wont grow much in that range. I need kcals when it time to shred I will lock it in trust me.you can still bulk up and with extra food and still not mess with sugars

Wont buy more of those but might eat lil ice cream. Put scoop or two in a MRE shake take that thing up to about 1300 kcalsYou should start eating low fat ice cream.
I love ice cream, but it doesn't love me. Thats why I started making my own. Add half the cream that normal ice cream has and a ton of protein and whole eggs. def going slow on the 1 arms bro great exercise. I should make protein Ice cream was thinkin about a ninja ICream but havent bought. Macros vary a Lil but Protein is around 300-400g daily. carbs stupid high like 550-700g daily and Fat fall into place usually around 150g daily. Which gets me to 4500 kcals min usually around 5500 kcals. My metabolism crazy on AAS and genetics that are a true Blessing!!! I will say it makes the Bulk super tough to put on Mass. Just Keep leaning out every day its crazy bro. Full 6 pack when I get out of bed. veins on both sides from arm pits all way down past the waist. I got delayed on my start to this bulk which messes up timin into the cut cycle. Thinking about cutting bulk to 12 weeks. Hit Drol for 6 weeks. Then I think I might roll right into the Cut. Just Keep running the EQ and test then add some Masteron and tren for the Cut. then some var or winny during the cut.Wasn't your current plan to start the anadrol on week 10 or something like that? I am putting on Muscle issue is body just chewing off any fat. SO I am not getting ton of weight its like an exchange fat for Muscle. I am taking as much protein carbs and fat as possible. Just way my body functions its like a blast furnace on gear bro. I use to really eat like trash fast food every day ice cream frozen coffees anything I wanted drinking 6 pack of soda a day still lean as hell. its crazyHave you thought about lowering your protein down a little and upping the carbs? Seems to me your just in glyconeogenesis causing thermogenesis if your having trouble putting on muscle.
Did you have a low protein intake prior to this bulk while you were out of the gym? I assume you ate alot less of everything before this bulk started. Kind of like your body was in hibernation and then boom. Muscle memory at play? I was taking lot less protein but tons of carbs. if you look at avatar on here thats me b4 drug addiction I was a personal trainer. I weighed 201 in that avatar pic. I Then 20 years of abuse lead me to the Spring Log. then I hurt shoulder then month later knee goes. lead to 6 months off and now here. Crazy how fast my body turns around. I think The NPP seems to crush my libido at 400mg or higher. at 300mg seems way btr. That shocks me. Gonna have to keep it at 300mg. I cant deal with that at all. Im gonna bomb lil test to try and over power for the week til some of the NPP clears the system.
Picked up some type of Bug on Monday started feelin bad and have felt worse since. Hopin it clears quick. Dehydrated bad and didnt get to train yesterday or Monday. sure that will lean me down...SMH

@25homes waiting on you back you will KILL it soonWhats up guys. Had to leave town for family emergency for a few days. So training and food havent been perfect by any stretch. Hard traveling and staying away from home. Have been doing some push ups sit ups, dips things along those lines just to stay busy and get some type of work in. Should be headed home Sunday so I will be able to get back on track with the food and Training. Food hasnt been bad at all Just lower on Kcals then I would like to be but that has leaned me out as well.
On the PED side of things. I have been stressed out to the max But I had minor issue with this about a month a go. The Npp Just takes my libido down to where I am not comfortable with it and make it impossible to finish. So I Have Cut NPP way back. Running 150-200mg weekly max right now. Will Keep EQ high and test at 500mg. gonna add drol and tren to mix in couple weeks. will Cut Npp out when I drop tren. Love the strength off the Npp and size but I cant deal wit the sides. DIdnt take any NPP for 7 days and feeling normal again.
