I have some whole pasta rich in fiber, i plan to add this in the diet thanks for advice
@lundgren try taking baby aspirin 100mgs 5 days per week it will help a lot with blood flow
and you taking fiber daily?
I have only 500mg and 333mg, i tried with 333 divised /2 so 166mg, it's maybe to much ?
In 3 months I have a check-up with the red blood cell specialist and see if I need to do a bloodletting.

Yes i know :cautious: i have a high hematocrit so the doctor asked me to stop the iron (despite having a very low level)
but another doctor had suggested to increase the iron dosage ... i think I would go back to see him :)

@lundgren if you have low iron levels you need to take iron, you have this via blood work? low iron or how do you know?

Yes, since my childhood I have always had iron prescriptions due to a strong deficiency confirmed by blood tests ( and some signs like skin pale ) In my next blood work i add this value.
Another doctor had suggested that I increase the dose, I would consult him with the next results this month.

@lundgren if iron is low keep taking iron just dont overdo it, go with 5 days on 2 days off and keep testing iron levels

The iron prescribed have lot bad thing ...

dried ferrous sulfate: 247.25 mg/tablet = 80MG Iron element with .... :cautious:

maltodextrin,
microcrystalline cellulose,
triethyl citrate,
talc,
ammoniomethacrylate copolymer type B (Eudragit RS 30D) and type A (Eudragit RL 30D),
glycerol dibehenate.
Coating: titanium dioxide (E 171),

triethyl citrate.

Now i find a iron, it's more expensive but i have :

When i up the dose of the IGF-1 LR3 from 75 to 100mcg the vascularization is very impressive, I had a lot of comments about the changes in the gym it's like " hey bro do you use tren ? " lol .. I love IGF-1 LR3 100mcg are really a good spot i have more energy mental and physical, but .... I feel like my stomach is a little swollen.
I'm not a big fan of photos but I'll try to do some in a few weeks.

To be honest the weather coming very hot here more than 28° sometime, so i think continued the cycle all the month and save my product for the next winter, and continued with Primo + Test (Maybe Isocaproate) and maybe anavar and rHGH (because i used IGF-1 LR3) with the same lab, i contacted the seller and indicating my budget.

I have send the first part i complet this week the second part in theory i have the part 1+ 2 next week.

Yes with my high hematocrit i need to move normally everyday 20 mins minimum.
I try my best it's from little bit physical and highly from my mind.
It's strange because i feel stressed and during the workout i feel better, like i said at the start of the log mind are a powerful thing and some things need some time ... 🙂
