Actually i'm always with physio.
I start next Monday, so i give a uptad at the end of the day (Monday 24).
About Fish Oil i going like your said, with 1 morning 1 midday 1 evening = 3g Fish Oil, 1200mg EPA and 900md DHA.
I think about up the lipids too, because this time i have liver and lipids values elevated, but normally i have healthy level, just the HDL very very low every time .... I need to think about this, with more oleaginous/ maybe more fish / and olive / colza oil.
I work to get back transaminases / bad lipids, if all is well in 4 weeks the results are better (i pray for this, i have surely a bad virus, or my last supplement mk677 have bad quality...)
I don't use toxic compound, like alcohol (but i love beer
, rhum, etc ...) Acetaminophene or other things highly toxic.
About the cycle, i wait some answer about IGF-1 LR3, because i received some message about this compound (it's surely better to save to run with rHGH at 4 ui's)
