Ferguson, MO

yes, stealing cigars, grabbing pushing and shoving others and walking down the middle of the street is male teenage behavior. And the police don't give a fuck about the cigars or someone being shoved and pushed around that wasn't injured. They weren't looking for anyone. This cop didn't even know about the convenience store issue.

theft combined with assault are not normal, teenage boy behavior in the house that i grew up in and they are not normal teenage boy behavior in the house that my son is growing up in...so we will agree to disagree on that point.

my other point is that this piece of shit was headed down a road (yes, i am speculating a bit based on the behavior observed in the video) that would eventually result in something bad happening to him...if you ask for it often enough, eventually you'll get it.

what the police officer did? we don't know the whole story yet but it sounds like it was likely unjustified and if so, he'll be up shit creek without a paddle.

Normal teenage behavior? Where?

This assault only fits one of the 5 criteria for assault in MO which is: knowingly causing physical contact with another person knowing it will be considered offensive by the other person. It's lower than a DUI as a misdemeanor.

How many people have you assaulted Mitch? You've done worse things than this, especially as a teenager.

you know what I didn't do?

act like a shit head when someone with a gun confronted me either.

Like it or not, police officers are human and most have shit training (proven fact) with firearms. Doesn't take a genius not to escalate a situation with another human you don't know that's carrying a firearm, now does it?

even when it's combined with another criminal act, like, oh, theft for instance??? suppose the guy had stood his ground because he knew that he had glock tucked in a holster on his back, got stroked in the face and came up bleeding...and shooting?? now this same asshat is dead, but the circumstances are different...are we still debating this??
