Normal police academy doesn't come with any type of college education. It's just a crash course on laws, driving, motorcycles and guns.

Also, regular academies are becoming scarce, and most have moved into some sort of college program.

Ahhh, okay, makes sense now.

PA state troopers actually still have a 27 week course (I got curious and Googled it).

Newp. I could barely stand being around these dumb-asses who constantly spoke about changing the world and making a difference. I think I was the only person there who new I'd make shit money, sitting on a motorcycle and writing tickets for the next 20 years.
