Shit like this will stop happening when all police forces are outfitted with body cameras.
My father was a cop, and I know cops can be assholes but I just find it very hard to believe the guy was surrendering and the cop unloaded, and in a really weird way if you look at the entry wounds and assume Brown had his hands up and was dropping to his knees when he was shot.
Actually, from the way he was shot, it is more in keeping with the officer trying to stop a man running towards him with several non lethal shots to the right arm/chest. It makes more sense.
Is there no way the cop shot him because he thought he could get away with it? Do you think it's normal that he didn't check his pulse or anything?
