lol I'm lame! It's the big recruitment weekend for my son so a long day of meetings and tours. But...if he makes, we'll be definitely doing a part deux (two) and it'll get rowdy! ;)

LOL ok so maybe it wasn't a traz/Rachel meat up but it was a lot of fun. I'm in town with my son. This weekend is his big official visit to one of the universities here. It's one of the top ranked Canadian schools in the world. He's one of 8 recruits and competing in a tournament with the hopes of a scholarship offer at the end of it. This is what it's all about...the years of training and dedication. Gotta keep the eye on the prize!

No he plays soccer. He's a goalie and the same height as plank (I think he's got a few lbs on plank though) but it's a huge selling feature for coaches. It's a big sport up here, next to hockey. And really...whatever helps with tuition lol

So last night was a hot tub full of gay black men from New York City in town for a contemporary dance performance. There were far too many speedos and butt slappings going on and they were really only interested in my son. Also creepy and weird!
 
I also discovered that even the homeless people here are bilingual...they can hit you up for money in both languages!
