also, I did have an ND filter on my lens and a studio strobe off camera right.

what are you having trouble with?

Could you give me a sample of how you set your camera up for the pix of the little boy? My camera is completely stock, but do have that 300x lense also I got as a package deal. Wasn't sure if you needed special lenses or flashes to get that look.
