Not sticking up for glad here, but with your genes you could break 200 (if you wanted to) easily if you ate on a budget and were smart. Smart meaning cutting Whole Paycheck out of your shopping circle and found some other markets that offer the same with reasonable prices and just eat big and eat clean.

Sounds like your broski was doing things wrong. Or maybe his goal wasnt to lose weight (I've gone up in weight...but that was my intention). Or maybe he needed more designer supplements? He should have pm'd you for a discount.
His goal was to lose fat. He lost 0.5%. IF wasn't working for him.
did you miss the part about eating large meals less frequently? That's a way to slow down your metabolism and get fat.
As for this meal, I see upon actually reading your post *yawn* that it's actually a protein/carb meal and the fat content is quite low. But this was your cheat/refeed meal anyway, since quinoa clearly is on the "avoid" list in the paleo diet, and protein fluff was surely not available in the paleolithic era.

You dont necessarily have to do paleo. I just tend to like the way I feel when I'm only eating meat & veggies (I'll add oats or the occasional bowl of cereal pwo). SL, for instance, doesnt do paleo but follows IF and does just fine. On my refeed days, like yesterday, I tend to not do paleo either.
What's your lifting schedule like? I dont think you need that much cardio. Just walk or do a slow pace jog for 30-40 mins maybe 3 days a week. Too much cardio is no bueno. If your goal is to lose fat just ensure youre caloric intake is below maintenance.
He does intermittent fasting (aka. binge eating). Surprised he isn't getting fat. I watched a guy do that for 6 weeks and lose 3 pounds...while also taking 3 different fat burners. Let's see, eat less frequently, huge meals, combining protein, fat, and carbs in every meal...sounds like a way to get fat. That's close to how sumo wrestlers eat.
