One of our most respected Platinum members and certainly one of the sexiest is Trish Wells, better known on the boards as Pump Girl. Trish is a fitness model and also an exotic dancer. And it gives me great pleasure that she calls the Elite Fitness Boards home!
In this issue of Elite Fitness News, we'll take a look at some of her favorite photos and she'll share with us a bit about how she got the way she looks.
GS: So Trish, please tell us how you train?
I keep my training pretty simple. I train 5 days on and 2 days off.
GS: How do you break that down?
Well, Monday it's quads, Tuesday chest and tri's, Wednesday, it's back and bi's, Thursday I train hamstrings and calves, and Friday I train delts.
GS: How about abs?
I don't really do any abs training whatsoever.
GS: That doesn't seem fair!
I guess I've been lucky! (lol)
GS: How many reps of each exercise do you complete?
I train with my reps in the 12-15 range when I'm off a cycle. And when I'm on, I train in the 8-10 rep range.
GS: Tell us about your cycles?
The only anabolics I've ever done are winstol -v tabs and anavar. The winny cycle was about 4 years ago and the anavar cycle I just completed a few weeks ago.
GS: Which cycle did you like better.
I much preferred the anavar.
GS: That's what I thought you would say!
My gains were much better with absolutely no negative sides whatsoever. I'll never do winny again.
GS: I agree Winny's overrated. What kind of dose did you take?
My anavar dose was 15 mgs. a day in 3 doses for the first 9 weeks then 10 mgs. a day in 2 doses for another 4 weeks.
GS: What kind of gains did you see?
My bodyweight climbed from 135 to 151 lbs. in 13 weeks and my waistline reduced drastically.
GS: What's your body fat at?
I've not gotten my body fat measured. But I'm a size 4 at 143 lbs. Right now. I've been off three weeks now and I'm only 5'2" tall.
GS: Ever plan on competing?
I do not plan on competing for at least another year.... so my diet is not that strict. I only do 10-15 minutes of cardio before I train to warm up and I eat clean.
GS: Tell me more.
I do not count carbs. My protein stays between 125-175 grams a day.
The only supplement I use is Mass Quantities Triple Threat 3/60 - vanilla milk shake flavor -- which contain 60 grams of protein and 19 grams of carbs ea.
GS: And what do you think of Triple Threat?
