best bread options

just got married recently and my wife doesn’t prepare me the best diet. When she makes sandwiches she makes it with white bread for example. I’ve had talks with her that I am serious about my health and do not want to eat unhealthy things.
She told me that she wants to make me a sandwich for work and insists on it so we agreed she could but I would pick the bread. Can you give me a tip on which bread to use?

white bread is bleached in the USA. its awful for you

you can get a decent bread from a health food store in their freezer. ezekial is good but only if you are gluten tolerant. otherwise you might want to try one called base culture which is made from eggs
