Rick Marquardt
Rick is a Calgary-area heavyweight
and the owner of the Pro Bodies gym in the Marda Loop area there.
These pictures were taken at the 1995 Western Canadas in Victoria BC.
Ludvik Rolin
Well, it's about time I added Lduvik
to this site, although I'm going to have to do some digging for more recent
pictures of him. These were just after the 1992 BC's in Victoria,
taken in his motel room with one of the heat lamps (!). More pictures
will be added of "Ludy" here soon.
Ian from Gator's
Again, another athlete whose name
I'm not sure of......Ian trains at Gator's Gym in Surrey, and won the lightweight
and overall titles at the 1994 Gator's Classic in New Westminster.
Dynamic poser and no small amount of genetics - but I've only got a few
pictures of him......
Unknown Middleweight, 1995 Western
Canadas
I don't know who this guy is except
that he should have won the middleweights at the 1995 Western Canadas.
Apparently he's from somewhere in BC's Interior but I didn't get a chance
to talk to him at the show to find out who he was, and nobody in my area
seems to know either. If anyone can provide me his information, please
e-mail me so I can credit him
properly.
Danish Guest Poser
This guy was actually supposed to
be a competitor at one of the regional level shows in BC, based on his
prior placings in Europe. His placings were so high, however - he
was the Overall Northern European IFBB Champion a few years ago - that
they asked him to not compete and let him guest pose instead. He
lives around Vancouver, but I'm sorry to not be able to remember his (very
Danish) name. If anyone knows it please e-mail
me. I've got more pictures of him that will be posted shortly.
